This is a total scam as I was told they were from my existing insurer and wanted to discuss my policy in order to reduce my monthly payments. I have never heard of Protect Family Plans Ltd or Beagke Steert their email customet service link is inactive and there are no contact names or phone numbers on any of the correspondence. I think this is a scam

Had a call out the blue as my plan was coming to an end, was a random number asking some details so as always got worried it was a spam so done some searching didn’t help, called Beagle direct who confirmed it’s an authorised third party, so if you do get a call it may be the same. The guy I dealt with Joao was outstanding and went through everything effortless and called back when he said he would.

Applied, was quoted, agreed the price and put in my direct debit details. Confirmed on-screen then no policy arrives. Later the same day, I received an email inviting me to finish my quote - even though I had agreed to an amount and signed up to direct debit. Shock horror, they're now charging me monthly, and there's still no policy. Can't get through to a human by phone, they never answer emails. Perhaps one of their representatives can respond to this as it seems the only way to get action?

On my husbands death 21.1.24 I filled all paper work as required waited weeks with no answers until I threatened seeking professional advice they came back with what was needed from my husbands records this went back and forth for weeks to be told my husband had filled out his form wrong and we will receive nothing this has only been picked up after his death no follow up after submitting forms to help him through this process just acceptance and take money now he’s gone and we me his wife and children are left fighting this .he was not followed up with any phoncall to discuss forms etc Flagg up any mistakes he was not tech savvy so this definitely did not help according to these he answered no to a yes question if time had been taken to help and support my husband this may not be like it is how many more people is this being done to accepting forms taking premiums then declining payouts when they are most needed the person is not here to fight so it’s left to those trying to grieve I’ve now made steps to pass this to the financial ombudsman if nothing else comes of it forms need follow ups not just left absolutely disgusting we have children he thought would be taken care off paid without fail to receive absolutely nothing I’ve even paid his funeral with my own money thinking id of got it back even though his medical condition didn’t kill him he caught pneumonia like any other person could have the fittest of the first could have had and still seen the same ending absolutely disgusting then to be told final answer is no take us to a financial ombudsman don’t worry I’m going to for the sake of others DO NOT USE THESE
