Honest and reliable line of credit!

The company is a complete scam!! Business owners be aware. Don't waste your time

Doing business with this company for 7 years never miss one payment or Been late and they close my account with out any explanation or call.what business treats customers like that 👀

Applied for a loan about a month ago and the application process is stuck online. Called in twice, and sent 2 messages that promised to get a reply in a business day and haven't heard back from anyone. We connected our bank, or CRM, everything. Not sure what happened, but all of these high reviews can't be wrong. I guess we slipped through the cracks

Very Comprehensive Line of Credit terms and great customer service.

I used the account for year that it has become apart of my business financial system. Do not trust them because you can get screw. Comment sent to fundbox: You can't just freeze an account that is in good standing and performing. I have been making and using my line of credit to the point that is apart of how I do business. You have frozen my account for review which puts me and my business in a bind. This is not fair and will write reviews on this matters

Do not trust Fundbox !!!! Worst company they will ruin your credit. Please really read information that is not staged by other large fund companies. Think twice on borrowing money from this company

This company is the worst when it comes to customer service and answers to important questions. they never give you answers to questions just vague responses. The reps are like robots all giving you the same answers instead of an explanation. Do not do business with them. I never missed a payment and they suspended my draws. I do construction loans gor a living and the only time I suspend a draw is when a customer misses a payment but never if they have a good payment history. RUN FAR FROM FUNDBOX they are hiding something. You cannot run a business with the way they do business. People deserve correctly explained answers to questions not "We review accounts all the time and then we will let you know". Review what? Looking for what? Explain yourself!!!

Dishonorable business practice. They issued a line of credit so I took a small loan to test it out. Then, they removed my line of credit and put it on hold "pending review", however, they told me if I pay the balance in full, they promise to expedite the review and free up my line of credit. Will not be using them and I would not recommend them at all.
