Trash!!!! I had a revolving line of credit and paid off my loan early because business has been good. The terms were "No early repayment penalty" but after paying the loan off on Friday Fundbox closed my account on Monday citing they had to allocate funds to people who needed it......That sounds like an early repayment penalty to me!!! Find another institution to get your funding! If they can't make as much in interest because you pay it off early, this is what they will do!

Easy to use and understand!

This company served us well until they cut us off with no warning. After they put us into collections and we paid it all to the collection company, fundbox starts calling and saying they need one more payment. They know the collection agency has the receivable and to call them. They were actively trying to steal a $2000 payment from us. They knew they shouldn't even be contacting us. It was a 100% theft attempt.

Everything started out well but please read the negative reviews. Most of the positive reviews seem to be generated by either Fundbox paying for reviews or they do not exist. There is no customer service, it is all ai prompted. Cut off from funding with no past due payments and everything else with in their “bots” parameters were met. They constantly want access to your bank account for data purposes as there were no issues until the bank link was removed. If you value your privacy. Please stay away from this company.

Banks turn you down Fundbox steps up. The structure of Fundbox's line of credit system is a win win for small businesses. It's expensive credit but if your return is significantly greater, then it's a no brainer that the banks have yet figure out.

Stay away from this company - they don’t help you at all. Will give you credit then just close your account for no reasons. $20k in business income , your weekly over the TOP fees payment never missed. I would give them zero stars if I could

Well I been with Fundbox for awhile now and a few months ago the paused my account the just today they said there not reopening my account which is bs I pay on time every week no reason for this worse company to work with

Fundbox is easy to use and so very helpful when funds are needed. Their website is user friendly plus if you would like to make an additional payment, it is easy to do. Fundbox is a vital component of our business and we value them very much!

After great customer svc they closed my account after like ten years for no reason. Nothing has changed and they shut us down. Watch them. Look at other options
