This is the 2nd loan that I’ve taken with Birch lending. Both times the application process, as well as the account funding was fast and efficient. Yes, the interest rates are high, but even the company reiterates and recommends early payoff and its penalty free. I even had someone to reach out to me to assist with the 2nd loan, after I expressed concerns with the rates. I appreciate the excellent customer service and willingness to help return customers. I would also tell anyone considering a loan like this to only borrow what you need and have a plan to pay back as soon as possible.

THE WORST COMPANY TO GET A LOAN FROM. To start the terms are intense, make sure to read the fine print!! To borrow 600 you’ll pay back 3,000.00 literally. Worse than the terms are the degenerates that work there CORY being the worst one! I called in to make a payment and he would cut me off every two mins so I just asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. Called back and he made a joke about being country and hung up again. The I speak to a “manager” Nathaniel who sounds like a child, he proceeds to tell me “yall didn’t have a good interaction” as if I was on a date with Cory. They are obviously buddies. Please Cory if you don’t like your minimum wage job GO GET ANOTHER ONE. Part of having a company is practicing customer service, your job Cory is to serve the customer, not hang up when you don’t like the call. Grow up. I will reporting this to the better business bureau as well

Am I the only person who struggles to believe this is true. Other quick pay loan can give you a total of $500 increase depending on the rate. How can I borrow a total of just $700 and pay a rate of 750% plus, totaling $5400 plus a year? This is a pure scam and the government needs to hear and address this

I paid $5000 on a loan for $800 over the course of 14months. I know it's a loan but 500% interest for a low loan seems like robbery and taking advantage of customers. I never missed a payment nor was I late over the course of the loan. READ THE FINE PRINT IF YOU USE. Response to Birch: I have 2 other loans out with your competitors and both loans were no more then 200% APR for the same amount of money as I borrowed from your establishment. Thank you for the lesson.
