The rep Abella made a huge difference in the call quality. We have issues with reiterating information and she was very kind. We also had an issue with incorrect or misspelling of the email which made it impossible to finish transaction. Abella was beyond patient while we went back and forth until everything was completed. 5 stars from California

Really fast and easy to get a loan!

I was in dire straights with rent due, bills due, kids to feed, and bill collectors calling... Filled out a form for a loan and Birch lending came through for me! What a helpful surprise.

Fast, efficient processing. Early payoff is the best strategy when you consider interest rate terms.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company is nothing but a predatory lending and they should stop it.

Borrowed $750, rotal loan paid off at over $4000, will never use them again. 19 payments of $200.85 and 1 payment of $ 202.03? Seriously don't recommend this company, rip off. I now use a better loan company that don't charge a high interest rate!

I was pre approved for a loan amount of $850. My monthly payment was quoted as $459!!!! The APR was 589%! I cancelled the transaction, Absolutely ridiculous terms!

Great customer service

Warning they charge whatever they want on interest rates , like yes , over 600 percent so if you pull a loan for 1000, your could be paying an extra 6,000 for the loan itself, look up the law and that's called predatory lending , or just ripping you off so stay far away from this giant Mars crater ! This is not helping someone it's taking advantage of their situation and exploiting you ?! They are on Indian territory from what I gathered, looks like some legal loophole to get away with fipping you off
