Good amazing customer service

Omg! I took the loan at 400% interest because I needed the money now. I waited. I even double checked on the chat to make sure everything was fine. Come to find out that when they processed the paperwork, they dropped the last number on my account. Money was supposed to arrive by 8pm est on Friday so of course it can't be fixed until next week. Too late for me now. I'm unhappy and I do not feel like an MVP. I do feel worse off because I can't even reach out to a different lender for the help that I need. Screwed
