I just wanted to let you know that I was submitting and completing my Loan Application. And I originally talked to one lady on the phone she was very nice and professional, i believe her name was rebecca, but we got disconnected, and so I called back and got another lady and I'm so sorry. I cannot remember her name, but she was so fantastic and great and I just wanted to let you know that it made a huge difference because every time I thanked her she acknowledged it and thanked me right back and was so nice and so friendly, not that the other lady wasn't but it made a huge difference when she acknowledged my thank yous. I wish I could remember her name. I'm hoping you can track it since all the stuff is recorded. But she was awesome, and I want to give that second lady a double 5 star review! It was exceptionally quick and easy to process a request for the loan. Even quicker to get a response. I had the money the next business day! It was a tremendous help to relieve financial stress. The interest rate is outrageous, but that's why this type of loan is temporary and I plan to pay it off in a few weeks!

Honest and up front about the options and details. I’m not a fan of the interest rate but I understand. I like that I’m allowed to pay early, with interest of course. Finally the time to process my application and have the funds in my account the same day was an absolute life saver for me.

My 2nd time using this service. I needed money for a car down payment before my paycheck. The funds were received the next morning! It is very important to try to pay it back early! The interest is very high but this is all easy to read in their upfront information...they actually encourage you to pay it off asap and explain how it is not intended to be a long term solution!

I will never use this little loan company again, there are too many to choose from. This place kept try to charge me extra fees saying that my bank declined the automatic payments when there was more than enough money sitting in my account! Even try to pay over the phone with a debit card they try to say it was declined the next business day. NEVER AGAIN!!!! IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A LOAN DONT STOP HERE PPL!! MOVE ON TO THE NEXT COMPANY!!!!

I know this is an expensive way to borrow money and Birch lending tells you that ! Payday loans are not meant for long term financial solutions! That being said these folks do an amazing job. This is my fifth loan from Birch and because of such I got a lower rate and I appreciate that. The process is easy and fast and the money was deposited within hours of competition.
