This is my first time applying for a loan. And was approved. This helped me because it was so fast. And the payments are reasonable.

They make it very easy to access a loa , and charge predatory interest rates to pay it off. After the first few scheduled payments you owe more than you borrowed because you are only paying off the 300% interest. Unless you can pay off immediately, I would pass on this company. I'm not sure how their practices are legal.

When really need help paying for bills I've try other loan companies only get refused or confuse on applications then came across Birch lending it was quick and easy got approved fast l highly recommend this loan company. ❤️💛💜💙😃

This online loan company is very user friendly and it only took about 30 minutes to complete.

Original loan to pay rent, was for $930. If I pay it off today it is only $944. I have made 14 on time payments at $246.06. I tried to make a payment yesterday that failed because it was more than what I was allowed to pay. So my pay off amount went up by $15.32! Look I knew it was high interest, but this is literally a scam. To make a payment took me 48 minutes, three 'support' staff and still did not resolve the issue. Edit: The people who work the customer service will say anything you want to hear, and it is not the truth.

This place should be illegal and shut down. A loan of 400 dollars is costing over 2500 dollars to pay off. This was written nowhere and you don't find out until after. I want to cry. How could this company be legally able to do this to struggling people?...

My son took out a loan when he was struggling, he thought he had no where else to turn. I found out this company was charging him over 300% interest. This is a LOAN SHARK!!!!! He will never get this paid off. 500 dollar loan costing over 4000 to pay back

While getting the loan was super easy, dealing with the reps were not. I was told to call 3 days in advance to pay off my loan in full. The rep I spoke to was very unintelligent and didn't know what he was doing. He processed the money to be pd back the next day when I told him I didn't have the money and was told to call 3 days in advance to pay it off. He told me there was nothing he could do bc I said yes to the script he read. I could not talk to a supervisor and the rep seemed to not understand what I was saying. So now thanks to him I am over $300 in the red in my account.
