Bought my bomber jacket Ripon1V as it's so warm & durable. The finish is excellent & the zip is robust. Bought one last August at a show in Perthshire & it has been admired by a lot of friends.

I accepted a replacement. I got a first class service with help,support and communication from Jordan. He took a lot of the stress out of the situation for me. I emailed Jordan this morning as my new wellies were faulty. Within minutes I had a response, I sent what was required and then again I was offered a replacement or refund immediately. A refund has been issued with no further questions. A superb service, totally stress free. Thank you so much :-)

Purchased a dog collar and measured using the size guide online, the collar is enormous, the sizing comes up very large. We returned this, a fairly easy process and then repurchased a smaller size in a different colour way as the original wasn’t available, it arrived and again was far too big! I’ve gone to raise a return for this second order and the site says this has already been returned- terribly confused. Nice and good quality products but sizing and returns need work.

Overall the coat is great! It keeps me ACTUALLY dry, and keeps me warm, but not too warm. It's well insulated without being overly heavy. Downsides are the hood is quite a bit too small, and the hanging loop broke straight away. However, that doesn't take away from the overall quality of the coat, as I can buy a hat and just hang it by the collar.
