Great customer experience. I think the quality of the products is good, unfortunately the style of the gilet didn't suit me and therefore I had to send it back. The returns process was really smooth and easy to navigate and I would happily purchase from Rydale Clothing in the future.

I ordered size 16 a little small across the chest --re order size 18 much larger and longer . not tried in the rain as yet.

Beautiful colours/pattern but sizing is totally off! I already have the exact same shirt but wanted a new one and it is absolutely massive , more like a size 18 than 14!! Sooooo disappointing.

Love these trousers, I wear them for working outdoors and walking the dog. They're very warm, and better for cooler weather. The size is very generous and I'm thinking of ordering a size smaller next time, but I like the fact they don't cut into my tummy when I sit down. I'll definitely buy some more when they wear out... which probably won't be for quite some time due to the good quality.

Product was excellent and as expected. However, please stop using evri for your deliveries. Took 8 or 9 days to get to me - it was sat in their delivery hub for 5 days. We bought thr product well in advance of needing it and it was panic stations until it was delivered on the very day it was needed.

Ordered a pair of ladies suede boots that were too small. Returned them using the QR code provided by Rydale, via EVRI. Parcel is missing and no-one is willing to accept responsibility so, at present, I am £154.99 out of pocket.

As usual, quality cotton casual shirts that are comfortable to wear, are a good fit and reasonably priced.

Have not used in wet weather yet but expect smock to be as good as advertised

Soft leather feel. No need to have to wear them in! Very pleased - I ordered a size smaller.

I still haven't received it

The garment itself is warm,comfortable and a good fit.However on first wearing it I placed my hand in one of the pockets only for the pocket to come apart at the seam.Luckily my wife who is an accomplished seamstress managed to sew the pocket back together She did say it had originally been sewn to close to the edge.

Lovely boots at a great price but unfortunately had to be returned as I couldn’t get the right boot on due to my high instep.
