United States | 13 April 2016If we have an issue or a need for service, they send someone out right away. Jeremy is great and follows up to make sure the problem is taken care of. They keep up with regular maintenance and always work with our schedule. They show up when they say they will be here. If running late or can come earlier, they will call. Great service. Customer service seems to be a priority.

United States | 13 April 2016The annual billing is no longer automatically offered. It is with other services. Aeration service feels like they are in a race to get done. They missed one complete side of my yard and had to return to finish the job a week later. But I would add that the service tech are great to work with. Communication from the office is lacking.

United States | 13 April 2016Great customer service and technicians! Experienced a few issues that were quickly resolved with one phone call; but experienced issues nonetheless. Our lawn may be weed free, but it still looks like an average lawn - no greener or fuller than the neighbors untreated lawn. Pest control seems to be working well; when it isn't, they will come back out and retreat for spiders etc. All in all, good service and friendly staff. Their products are also pet-friendly, so that's a huge plus! We've had one other lawn service company in the past and I must admit to having had a fuller, greener, more uniform looking lawn with them....but they weren't as friendly and responsive.

I would recommend Go-Forth and their staff of techs over all others in this area. They're professional but very friendly; willing to answer any questions no matter how 'silly'. United States | 13 April 2016I have worked with Go-Forth for over 5 years now and they have kept me from going crazy. I am a bug-a-phobic and can't stand bugs (ants, the worst) and Go-Forth has been able to keep the bugs gone or to a minimum. I do recommend them to everyone I can.

United States | 12 April 2016I liked the technician who came to my house, but the company had extremely ridiculous and rigid policies that made it impossible for me to continue with them. They wanted me to sign a contract that they could send their technician whenever it was convenient for THEM (not me) and that I had to make my property accessible any time they wanted to come. I have locked gates and the treatment was for inside and outside, and I was not willing to leave my property unlocked in case they decided to drop in some day. I do not ever want to see someone creeping around my house unannounced. They do not seem to understand the concept of "customer service" in their policies. I switched to a company that has no problem scheduling an appointment at MY convenience.

In addition to calling you in advance regarding one of their technicians coming to your home, they actually ask if it is convenient. If you need additional service between treatments, they respond immediately. I highly recommend Go-Forth Pest & Lawn to anyone that wants exceptional service with real customer service!

United States | 12 April 2016I was really disappointed when I found out Tyler sold Elium Pest Co. I had been with Elium when his dad owned it & before Tyler was even born. I had always felt very confident they were doing the best job for the best price with me being the most important customer. Then my son went to school with Tyler & I was really impressed with the fine young man he was & was trilled he had taken over his dad business. So when I found out he sold out I was very disappointed. I felt he would always be my bug man & I would always have the best possible job done. I had seen Tyler at a restaurant one day & told him my disappointment & he told me you would be good to me to give you a try & He was right. It only took one visit with the new company & I felt much better. I have only had a few visits with you so far but am very hopeful that you can measure up to the fine, honest, prompt, caring, kind & friendly, respectable business that I have been so use to with Tyler & his dad. Sometimes a small business is more personal & I really liked that about Elium, & I have so far gotten that same feeling with this new larger company. I hope that we have many years of feeling that I am as important to you as you can be to me & I am really excited with what experiences I have had this far & hope we have a long great relationship!!
