Our lawn has greatly improved since Brandon Tilley has been servicing it. For years I spent money on "Scotts", "Ortho", "Spectracide" & the like trying to make the lawn look decent again. But to my dismay none of the chemicals seemed to work effectively. I am happy to say that our lawn now looks very healthy and is weed-free thanks to Brandon's expertise. In my opinion, these services are well worth the price and I absolutely recommend them.

I really like Go-Forth for many reasons. I have been a customer for about a year and have been impressed. There are several ways to contact Go-Forth, which is very convenient. I have chatted online with customer service, and I have also called their call center and their local phone number when I have had issues or questions. It is so wonderful to be able to talk to someone, rather than be put through an answering system. Every customer service representative has the ability to dispatch my account representative, there's no leaving messages or playing phone tag to get the results you desire. My account representative is very knowledgeable and helped me identify a strange insect in my yard last summer, as cicada killers! I also like that I always have the same account representative visit my home for treatments. Overall, the entire staff does an outstanding job.

Last month, when the person who portrayed himself as the one running the company that had taken over Elium, had a long conversation with me before performing any services. I was clear about not looking for a program that would take care of fleas and ticks, which he attempted to talk me into. I was, however, concerned about ants. He assured me that the regular program that we had been part of for a number of years with Elium, would take care of the ants totally. Wrong. They have been worse than they have ever been. We have been going crazy trying to get rid of them, because the 'professionals' from Go Forth Pest & Lawn not only didn't get rid of them, it seems they made it worse. This is the reason we have no yet paid the invoice.

Louis is a fantastic pest technician, he is very detailed and always on time. I also like Brandon, my lawn technician. My main concern is with the company. There have been several times that I have had to call and check up on when service is coming. Pest control has always shown up, but there are times when lawn service has not shown up on their designated month. This is frustrating since money is automatically debited on the first of each month and I feel I am constantly checking up on service since no text, emails or phone calls are made to update me on when they are coming.

Doug Armstrong...aka Dead Bug Doug....is the nicest technician I have ever met. He is very thorough. I have not seen a creepy crawly at my house since he started working here. I am and will continue to recommend Go-Forth and Dead Bug Doug!

We love working with GoForth and have had them service our house since we moved in in 2007! We would recommend them to anyone! Paul, our technician is always super friendly and professional and willing to come out even in an emergency! Once, the day before Thanksgiving, when we were ready to have a house of guests, we had to call him to deal with a problem and he came without a moment's hesitation! We would DEFINITELY without a doubt recommend GoForth to anyone (and we have)!

I have been a customer of Go-Forth Pest & Lawn for years. I've always found their technicians to be expert and customer service oriented. At my previous location, Go-Forth technicians treated my home for termites after I discovered an infestation. They also installed insulation in the attic that prevents insects from coming in there. After that infestation I kept the home on a termite plan with Go-Forth. When I was preparing my home for sale, I found a small termite colony in a piece of scrap wood I had brought in and stored in the crawlspace. Go-Forth technicians were on site within 24 hours. They removed the infested scrap wood and treated my entire foundation, included in the plan. Problem solved. At my new location I have a plan with Go-Forth that treats for crawling insects (I should add a termite plan, and I plan to do so soon). The technician, Lou, arrives on time. She goes about treating house and outbuilding efficiently. She is also very friendly and a pleasure to have on the property. Since starting treatment here we have seen a drastic decline in crawling insects around the buildings' foundations, and they have all but disappeared indoors. I like the fact that Go-Forth's products are pet-safe, as we have dogs and cats. The spray is odorless, which is nice especially for indoor treatment. Lou also will come back between quarterly treatments if an insect infestation arises, and that really produces peace of mind. So far we haven't needed to call her in between treatments, but it's good to know we can if necessary. The office staff of Go-Forth is equally pleasant and knowledgeable, and plans are affordable. I recommend Go-Forth 100%.

I have used Go-forth pest control for a while now. I really like their service and their helpfulness when I have a problem. They are always available to help get my house sprayed when needed. I do wish, however, that they would have killed all of my carpet beetles by now but they keep coming back. UGH!!!
