All products are very effective and the Go-Forth technicians are all courteous, professional and informative. No reservations in recommending them, especially when benchmarked against other companies used for the same services.

The serviceman is personable, but more importantly excellent at his job. I can ask questions and know about my service. He is not intrusive, but does the job well and leaves a notice. I have been pleased with the results too. This is a company with a hometown feel, but professional service. I am totally satisfied.

United States | 12 April 2016I like the product. Justin was great. Once Justin was no longer the person servicing my property, things went downhill. I had originally told him that I wanted to be present when the termite baits were checked. I wasn't. I never got a report about them. The office staff said they hadn't been completed and turned in. The tech said they had. So I don't know who to believe. I spent considerable money on the bait system. I truly believe that I should have had a courtesy phone call,email or letter setting a time when I could be here to watch the bait being checked. None of that occurred. . When I called, I got friction from the office staff about sending out a tech to show me the bait traps. When the tech arrived, he wasn't eager to show me all of them. So I don't know if they were all replaced or not. Being here to see the bait traps when they were checked was a huge deal to me. I liked the GoForth product. I liked Justin. I felt he was doing his job. Past that, I feel like I can not trust anyone at GoForth.

I have dogs and he make sure I put them in the house if they are in the yard before he starts to spray. That is very important to me. He calls and sets up a time and is always on time.
