The shopping experience and selection here was great, not to mention some good package pricing on the vanity, sink, faucet & mirror sets. After the initial arrival when we were not greeted or asked if we needed help, we went ahead and browsed. Once I approached the counter and asked a question Sedan was total engaging and knew exactly what was available and if not when she could get it from their other outlet. Service was provided efficiently and explanation for delivery was given clearly. I was confident it would be seamless. I also picked up some tiles that same day and the warehouse gentleman was extremely helpful. He opened each case and ensured that all the accent tiles were in good condition. He took out 2 that were chipped before I said anything. Service was so good that I went back a week later and bought a second vanity for another bathroom that I have planned to buy elsewhere. Would recommend for sure.

We ordered a vanity for our master bath currently under construction. It arrived very quickly, delivered by a company who kept me up to date on the delivery time. I had the best experience at Home Design Outlet Center in the Miami location. I am remodeling my bathroom and was highly recommended the Home Design Outlet Center by a co-worker. I first went about a month ago and had 5 star experience but wanted to keep shopping around before I made my choice. The staff was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful during my first visit. After shopping around I found nothing comparable to the variety offered at the Home Design Outlet Center and most importantly, found no service near the excellence demonstrated by the staff here. Matt and Shanna could not have been more helpful. Matt immediately introduced himself with warmness and confidence. He offered me many options without being pushy. I felt that he was listening to my requirements and trying to find a solution. I told him I would return with samples of my existing tile to see if the marble top would match. He assured me that he completely understood and would do anything he could to accommodate my needs. I did return the next day and the existing selections did not match. At that time he suggested that there was a chance that the warehouse may have a lighter color that was close in color to my preference. With that, Shanna called the warehouse and put in the request. I left leaving my email address. Within 2 hours I received photos of the lighter marble. I called Shanna, gave her my credit card information and the order was complete. Superb customer service!

Vanity and mirror looks good. Fairly priced. I spoke to same representatives multiple times to the point where they recalled my name and order...that was nice...of course it would've been nicer not to have spoken so many times to them. Item arrived over a week later than expected which is huge issue when there are contractors waiting to do work. Regardless, the vanity and mirror arrived though mirror which had medicine box door arrived scratched. The driver of the delivery truck took it back and had new one driven out himself following week. By this time vanity had already been installed, so this wasn't big issue. They're cool I guess.

I looked at lots of different bathroom vanities both over the internet and in stores. I found them to be the better value. Product is well made, excellently priced, and delivered as promised.

Halil provided great customer service. Even 3 weeks after delivery of our product, I opened up the mirror and found that it was damaged and scratched. He replaced it no questions asked. Can't ask for better than that.

Everything went very well, ordered the vanity, someone called the very next day to go over our order and said it would arrive in about a week. It arrived in 7 days, the driver was very nice, vanity packaged well and in great shape. No hassles, no delays, no problems. This is very important when doing a renovation. It's never easy but Home Design Outlet Center was great, would definitely recommend them to friends.

We ordered out 55" cabinet by phone, after viewing item in their Miami showroom. It arrived about an hour ago, in Delray Beach. Thomas, who delivered our cabinet was fantastic! He kept us apprised of his location and approximate time of delivery. When he arrived, without being asked, he placed it in our garage, and to my great surprise, opened every box, to show us that everything we ordered was not only there, but in perfect condition. He was very pleasant and most accommodating. I wasn't looking forward to this delivery, as they are not always as expected. This delivery was a pleasure, and I'm sure to do business with Home Design Center again, as well as proudly recommending them

Vanity is great quality and looks great. Didn't like that they only deliver on Fridays but was able to work around it. Also did not realize the faucet did not come with vanity should be more prominently displayed but overall decent experience.

I ordered a bathroom vanity in "espresso." I was disappointed to find when it was delivered that the color was not espresso, it was black. We compared it to black and espresso furniture in my home and it definitely matched the black. I'm learning that "espresso" is a difficult color to order online.

We are pleased with our purchase. The vanity, sink and mirror are all just as stated. The Driver, Thomas, who delivered our purchase was Excellent. He called the day we placed the order to set up a day for delivery. He also called the day before delivery to give us an approximate time he would be there and said he would call when he got close. He was very thoughtful and handled the delivery perfectly. We really appreciated not having to sit at home all day waiting for the delivery. Thomas kept us well informed.

I needed to find another set of 47" vanities in a hurry, since recently delivered ones turned out to be almost 1/2" wider compared to their published spec. Found homedesignoutletcenter.com on the web, ordered 2 ALYA-AT-8042-W vanities online in the PM and they were waiting for me on the porch when I came home from work the following day. We are very happy with the quality and the look of ALYA, and most of all, I am pleasantly surprised how smooth and seamless this purchase was. Literally, few clicks online and boxes delivered within hours. Although, we are located within an hour from the warehouse, but next day delivery was a big surprise to me. Thank you!

i find in couple stores to many vanities ,but no good quality like home design center and they have very fast and good delivery ,they open packet in front of you,show everything,very nice and trustful,before delivery they call you and update on everything. Im happy with quality and definitely i will shop more in future .:-)

We purchased a vanity package from Home Design Outlet Center. The quality of the unit we received was far below that which they display on their website and in their showroom. The website describes the unit as "Constructed of highest quality solid birch wood and veneers" when the finish is full of blemishes and defects. We spent $1,242.00 on the unit. Rather than granting a full refund upon return, they refunded only $915.00, stating that the unit was not defective, "they all look like that", and that we were being charged for shipping both ways. There are too many good vendors selling better product at comparable prices. Don't waste your time and money with Home Design Outlet Center.
