When we got to the area I wasn't sure that they would have what we needed. We have been having a horrible experience with H... Depot and I'm hoping to not have much business with them again ... We needed a vessel sink... Well we could not have been more satisfied... Joseph was very helpful... No it's not your average situation but the quality is really good and we walked away with a lovely sink... definitely going back, he has some lovely rugs... and fabric for curtains... lovely just lovely Especially would like to thx Sean you' ve been great job in there.

I bought a vanity and it's been 3 to 4 weeks and no vanity. No communication no way to reach anyone that can tell me anything. I don't like paying for something and then nothing. I feel ripped off

I did purchase my vanity from their website which is homedesignoutletcenter.com. I already installed my vanity , it even looks better than online pictures . Cherry color and frosted glass top match with my bathroom. So happy

I'm so happy i found home design outlet center. I had spent two weeks trying to find a vanity and tile for my bathroom but everything I found was way over my budget. I was amazed at the huge selection on offer and more amazed by the prices. The cost of my vanity was so much below my budget that i was able to afford a nicer wall tile. I also have to say that the staff are outstanding.

The packing and shipping were very good. The vanity and mirror arrived quickly and were well packed. The quality of the vanity was not as expected. The website says it is handcrafted and constructed of fine birch hardwood and veneers. The actual construction was particle board with a thin veneer on the front and sides. There were several flaws in the sprayed on finish. The sink is fair quality . The marble top is nice. The price was good but would have preferred a more honest description of what I was getting. Overall I can only give an average rating.

Bought this vanity because it is difficult to find a decent 42" bathroom cabinet that doesn't look like a box. We liked the design and the color of the cabinet. That's about as positive as I can get. Really disappointed in the quality of the cabinet. Looks like it is covered in veneer and not real wood. The backing is cheap and I had to reinforce it in order to attached it to the wall. I was also disappointed in the fact that the sink was not mounted to the countertop. Not an easy task doing it by myself. Went on You Tube to find out how to attach it to the bottom of the countertop. May have to bring it to a granite shop to have them mount it. Bottom line, nice design very poor quality made in China. Since I paid over $1,000 I thought the quality would have been much better. Very disappointed.

I was informed at delivery time and like it very much communication open at all times

The quality of the cabinets were nice. Marble was beautiful and mirrors shipped without breaking. Took longer than expected due to the size of my order. Shipper worked with us on a time a date of delivery that worked but for us. Over all, a very positive experience.

Good and fair, need more options like offset sink vanities

The purchase was easy, with helpful staff that also left you free to wander until you were ready to ask questions. The gentleman delivering the products arrived on-time, was extremely pleasant and was very thorough, opening everything for inspection, then carefully resealing for storage until the installation. No issues whatsoever.

They had just the type of faucet I was looking for and very well priced. Wish I had checked them out before buying some other items for my bathroom renovations.

We found our experience to be most satisfactory.
