They promise a delivery date…but will make excuses if your order doesn’t arrive when expected There are tons of other options for ordering wigs DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON EBONYLINE!

United States | 27 February 2025This is the second time this has happened to me with this company. I ordered two wigs and two weeks later, still have not received them. So I emailed them and they tried to blame the Post Office, saying that the Post Office is behind on scanning in tickets. Because it's still said that the Post Office is waiting on the package and the next day the Post Office picked it up from them. It sat there for 2 weeks, and they did not Ship my shit out until 2 weeks later. When I had to say something and the fact that they blamed the Post Office is ridiculous and not okay. I understand it happening once, but both times I've ordered from this company. It's happened.Something is up with this company and I don't trust them

United States | 18 February 20252/14/25 FedEx claim they tried to deliver, no ticket left on my my glass door..On 2/15/25 FedEx delivery my package to the wrong address, FedEx has pictures taken by the driver. In response I emailed a picture of my glass doorway. In reaching out to Ebonyline,stated for me to 🤔 Go walk around your neighborhood and ask your neighbors about my package because the package was delivered. At this point I stated so, Ebonyline isn't willing to help FedEx help put a claim in?????? To get my $200 dollar or my package😠😠🤬🤬😡😡😡 I wish I could give them a O zero

I accidentally selected the wrong color so I asked to do an exchange but they told me they don’t do exchanges but I could return the wig. I spent $11 to ship it back to them. I go look at my refund today and they only gave me $27. That means I got $17 back. I spent $37 with nothing to show for it. I would’ve kept the wig if I knew that would be my “refund.”

Reached out to post office and Ebonyline regarding missing package. Ebonyline refused to take any type of productive action nor did they give me a refund. I will never spend money with them again! I DO NOT recommend this company.

United States | 27 January 2025I ordered from this company & only tried to change the apartment number and they told me to send a copy of my credit card. It sounds like a scam! And on top of that, there’s no actual number to contact them! This company is a complete joke! Dont order, it’s a scam!!!

United States | 23 January 2025After reading the negative reviews for this site I think a majority of customers issues are with the “shipping polices”and not READING said polices before they make a purchase with them. I’m the type to do my due diligence before I can comfortably drop coins online…so I was aware of all the nuances (no contact from vendors regarding out of stock merch unless requested at time of purchase and customer has to eat return to sender fees….Etc)they can put people though for returns and whatever, there actually pretty upfront about it…. ( now regarding the quality of the items I purchase that were 10/10! In my opinion the rating should be much higher for this wig merchant! I’ve had over 5 successfully shipments from them and the only issues I could raise is that free shipping (or the shipping that’s free after a price point) takes weeks and weeks…..yet still I don’t feel like it’s something to complain about online. I’m a happy customer for the most part I’d say!! thanks Ebonyline!

I ordered 6 bags of the Outre X-pression bobo island twist only received 3 bags. Reached out to let them know. The response I got was PER THEIR WARWHOUSE MANAGER 6 BAGS WERE PACKED and that they have video proof. What a joke. And Icing on the cake is I stated that everytime I see some inquiring about the quality of their hair I would recommend that they don't purchase from from they stated that they wouldn't do business with me again. As if I would. NEVER AGAIN.

They are quick to take your money for a product they have for sale on line then turn around and email you that half of your order is not in stock. When you contact support you will get the same robotic/ generic response. 7 times they have done this to me do not waste you time, money, or sanity on this company you will sadly disappointed!

United States | 13 December 2024Horrible Experience! I used this company because you can buy multiple quantities and also fast shipping was guaranteed. I made 2 large purchases my 2nd order was cancelled and refunded without reason. So I emailed and asked if it was the size of the order but they claimed it was a duplicate order and they could fulfill my request and deliver in time. So I was told to reorder, mind you I have to wait 5-7 days for my refund. So I submitted the same order and I paid for expedited priority shipping for each order. 5 days go past my expected shipping date so I reach out for updated shipping and I was told they only had 17 out of the 73 packs if hair I ordered. Told me I had to wait 5-7 days for them to restock. Never reached out or gave me a heads up or told me they couldn’t fulfill my order in the time requested. Very unprofessional and now I’m waiting on 3 refunds.

United States | 12 December 2024This company has horrible customer service. I ordered my items and they said that they would be delivered by Wednesday. This is why I ordered them because they said they will be delivered by Wednesday. Monday comes and there's no email saying that they were shipped. I get in touch with customer service and they said that they haven't shipped anything because there was one item that did not have my color in stock. I told them that I needed my wigs because I was going out of town on Friday. When they finally shipped my items (which will not be here by Friday before I board my plane), I noticed that they shipped via USPS. I paid for for UPS ground. That was almost $12. Horrible horrible customer service. They could have told me that one item was not in stock and could have shipped the other items beforehand. I will not be shopping with this company again.

United States | 10 December 2024This company is an absolute joke! I ordered 4 wigs in reddish brown and they sent me 4 solid black wigs. Trying to get a return authorization and refund from them has been ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they lied to them and said they had emailed me a return authorization. The BBB then sent me a so called copy of it which is totally blurred and impossible to read. The company does not answer phone calls or respind to emails. What a joke! Now Im out all the money and stuck with 4 stupid black wigs that I cannot use. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

United States | 04 December 2024LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 2016. Never had an Issue with a single delivery until my most recent one. I have a genetic condition, can’t grow my own hair so i NEED wigs, i wear them every day all day until i go to bed.. so imagine how many I’ve ordered since 2016 and NEVER HAD AND ISSUES UNTIL YESTERDAY. My package said it was delivered Monday, i get home from work and it’s not here so i email customer service and let them know. There’s not a single thing that they’re going to do to help me replace or refund my $100 order because i didn’t pay an extra $40 for a signature. Almost 10 years of being a customer, with no issues and this is how customer service treats you. I would rather go spend more money on another site than deal with people that don’t take care of their customers. I could see if i was someone who had constant issues….. BUT THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONY ISSUE SINCE 2016 AND THEY WONT HELP ME. And fyi i would have been happy with a $10 store credit for my $100 lost order, it’s the fact they don’t care to do anything at all that’s pathetic.

United States | 15 November 2024False advertisement! I order 3 wigs and paid for them to get to me in 2 days with UPS Ground expedited shipment. Well get to the delivery date and No alerts or heads up anything. When I placed the order it does not state that it is not in stock, It states same day shipping not out of stock. So I contacted them wondering where my order was and that was when I was told that they were waiting on 1 of my items. I told them I was not aware that it was not in stock so they told me that I could get a refund for the 1 wig but kept my shipping fee and taxes. Still waiting on order to ship but Never again!

Now the company wants to charge me restocking fee for their mistake. I should not be charged for restocking because of their lack of attention to detail when shipping out the product. I should not have to pay to ship product back, and I should not be charged restocking fees. This is poor business practice.
