My package did not arrive and when I asked them to help me get a refund from Fed Ex they refused. They do not care about their customers at all. If anything happens with your delivery, you're on your own. To help me with my refund, would not have cost them anything but they didn't want to help me. Which also didn't help was the simple fact that for international shipping they do not give you the option to sign for it. Then they use that to get out of helping you. I lost $190.00 and I still don't have my order. I ordered the same exact items again and when the order was on it's way, they cancel it on me. They said that delivering internationally was too risky. Even when the item was already at the Fed Ex station in the city I lived in. Why they cancelled my order is beyond me. They didn't even try to make me happy after what I went through. But it was my mistake ordering from them again. I will not make that mistake again. Everyone out there. Think twice before you order from them, especially international orders. By the way, my country is attached to them, I live in Canada. Go figure.

I ordered: Isis Brown Sugar Human Hair Mix Wig BS103 Isis Brown Sugar Human Hair Mix Wig BS103 Color 1B SKI:isBS103-841990219825 It is horrible. Inferior quality. Feels like Brillo. You cannot curl or do anything with it. It is supposed to be human/synthetic mixture. There is no human hair in the mix.

I agree with more recent reviews. I have ordered in the past with no problems. My latest order was almost 2 weeks ago. I inquired about it and was just told it will ship in the next 24-72 hours. That is unacceptable. I pointed out the website site says 3-8 business days for order to arrive. I was told this is not a guarantee. I asked if he/she knows when it will be shipped. I was told no. I know this was in an email but the message seem unprofessional and not customer friendly. I was expecting to have my merchandise by now and there was no communication at all stating otherwise. The website shouldn't state orders are ship within certain timeframes if they are not and if they are not, there should be some communication. The person responding to the emails were rude and I will never order from them again. There are too many other places to order from to deal with subpar service.

Great customer service in handling an out of a stock item originally on my wife order. I was emailed the colors that were in stock but she change it to another product and it was updated on order. Customer Service rep Larissa helped with these changes and my wife is very happy. Thank you

Unprofessional at its best! I am being scolded, as a paying Patron… For your poor services being rendered all over the USA… while calling WRONG - RIGHT in the misleading and unethical shipping practices!! Who does that, without having to disguise themselves again under an another alias Company’ Name?? Before you can adequately do “Business” … Please LEARN (how to) do BUSINESS101!😃 Why? Very poor customer service ethics and extremely rude. No etiquette. These people are NASTY. Placed my order and it was almost 2 weeks with no shipping info. Reached out to customer service and they stated that my order would be shipped within 48-72 hours... after waiting again for an addtional entire WEEK, I reached out to them again and requested a refund since I already found the items I ordered from another local store near me. Customer service rep tells me that they cannot issue refunds on orders that were marked "shipped". I demanded that I be given shipping details immediately if it was shipped, or else I was going to dispute it through my PayPal account to have the charges refunded. Customer Service rep threatened that disputing an order through my payment institution would result in me being "banned from doing business with them and any of their "sister" companies". I expressed that as a customer, I if I have to dispute a matter with any merchant, I would never do business with any of them anyway. She let me know that my statements were "irrelevant", along with sending me more unprofessional, snarky emails. Suddenly, my shipping details appeared that morning. My items ended up being shipped to my home and I refused the package after experiencing that. I checked via the online chat feature on their website to make sure they received the refused package and even the online chat customer service agent was short with me and never even offered to check to see if the package had been received on their end. These people are NASTY and INCOMPETENT. Will never do business with them again. I've already advised all of my colleagues of this experience to avoid this from happening to them. I've never experienced such rude and unprofessional people.

Order from them over a week ago. No tracking or shipping made even after they said it will ship within 72 hours. I’m not going to wait around for them to scam me. Will be disputing with my bank and writing reviews on IG and every site I can until I receive my order. Very unfortunate

I've actually been ordering from Ebonyline for a couple of years but just recently decided to actually create an account! I've always had a good experience in terms of the products, pricing and shipping! My most recent experience was made even better by Larissa! I placed an order a few days ago and realized that I ordered the wrong color. I sent an email to ask if it was too late for me to change it. Larissa emailed me back very quickly and took care of it! I hate to say it, but customer service overall (everywhere) has gone downhill. It's nice to know that I can still get good customer service and that there are representatives that really know how to provide good customer service! Thank you Larissa! She's a keeper!

I've been ordering from Ebonyline for years and have always been impressed with their inventory, pricing and shipping. I was recently contacted by Larissa to advise me of an item that I ordered which was out of stock. I was given an option of choosing another color before my order was shipped. I declined the replacement. My account was immediately credited and my order has been shipped. Now that's what I call Customer Service!

DAEJONNA got back to me in like minutes when I emailed to ask a question. Ebonyline.com reps are professional, helpful and whoever does the packaging takes care to make sure the purchase is packaged nicely. I only buy from ebonyline.com.

My experience with Ebonyline was a little shacky because the y didn't have the hair I ordered but it was listed in stock on the wedsite. That was the only problem I encountered.
