When I first saw the wig that I liked, I was skeptical about buying online. I checked other sites to see what they had to offer. I went right back to Ebony Online and brought my unit. When it arrived it I noticed how secure the package was. I took the unit, styled it put on my head. I looked like royalty. It was exactly what I had ordered, it came much sooner than expected. And most of all the cost was less than those other sites. Will I buy from them again? Absolutely!

I buy two wigs a month on a regular One thing about your site you usually have what I want. The one thing that frustrates me is the shipping, all other sites emails me when it’s shipped out and tracking info. Your shipping is the slowest of them all, most of the time I have to email you to get the tracking info. So if I need it for something soon coming up I will go with someone I know can get it to me sooner. I will say I can count on you to have what I want, and customer service is always great my last contact I was helped by DAEJONNA D I received a response right away and was very helpful. I ordered the Zury Sis Wig in the 4a style...I receive so many compliments from my friends. It took me a little while to style it to my liking due to not working with many wigs before. I also want to thank Daejonna D for her help and quick response when I needed to contact customer service. I am really happy with the smoothness of the ordering to shipping process. I have had some serious issues with Ebonyline in the past. However, this is asking me to rate my most RECENT experience with them. As of lately... the service has been EXCELLENT! I truly feel they are starting to appreciate their customers much better now because there was a period approximately 2 years ago when I gave up on them completely. I will NEVER order from them again I been waiting on my order for a week...tracking my package and it's way in NH like how the hell did it get there when Ebonyline states they in IL and I'm in IN makes no since.
