One of the colors I ordered was not instock and they suggested another choice. However, based on those colors I had to look for something else but decided to just get one brand because I need the hair right away. I have been buying hair from them since 2019 and I have not been disappointed. Thank you Daejonna for your help and support. No hassle, no fuss, great service.

United States | 16 September 2021I ordered 2 orders in 2 days. One of the order I ordered a ponytail and asked a specific color. I also ordered several other items and another 2 ponytails by a different brand. They contacted me telling me that they didn't have 2 of the ponytails I ordered I said ok. They asked me if I wanted to add anything else. I said ok. I looked at other items. The one I wanted still showed they had it so I asked again if they had it they said yes so I said ok send me this one color I wanted. They said ok. When the order arrived I didn't find the ponytail. I instead was sent the wrong ponytail they sent me a total different ponytail the style and the color was different smh. When I contacted them about the error they did not even apologize and started to argue with me in several emails saying that I did asked them to ship the wrong one that I never said to send. It was unbelievable and ridiculous. I had enough and had to take 2 screenshots from my phone for them to stop their nonsense and to finally admit they made a mistake. After seeing their error they still did not apologize and instead of saying we are sorry for the incident and the disrespect and just letting me have the wrong item and say its ok you can keep it we will give you a refund. They sent me a return label for me to send them the wrong item for a refund. Who does that? What a cheap company. They make so much money and they send me a return label for a $11.95 not even $12 worth ponytail are you serious? They have no shame. I tried posting this review on their site on the items I purchased and it won't let me so they won't even let me write the truth about their bad service.
