Ordered a few weeks ago & Evri failed to deliver my parcel, contacted beautyworks via WhatsApp and spoke with someone called Joe and who had my parcel out the very next day! Amazing customer service!

Truly excellent customer service. I ordered a much-wanted gift for my daughter. Unfortunately it was delayed by the courier. However, as soon as I contacted BEAUTYWORKS about the problem, they couldn't have been more helpful, making sure the product arrived in time. My daughter loves the products and I would highly recommend. Really first class customer service experience.

Beautyworks tape extensions far exceed any other brands in my opinion. They are quality thickness and wear really well with the right care. I usually have the Celebrity choice tapes, but going for the express weft tapes this time.

Easy to order and pay. Product was recommended by my granddaughter for a gift for another relative. Unfortunately, my discount for first order was not taken off my bill. Never mind, otherwise it would have been a five star.. Many thanks I have changed my 4 star review to a five. Lucy rang me from the Sales team and explained to me that being as the item had been reduced, there would not have been a discount. She was very professional and a very good Ambassador for the company. Lucy has since sent me some lovely products in the post, they look super. It such a shame.. I absolutely love this the beauty works professional mermaid tong. I only have use it few times. Love it. I plug in and twitch on before I put my hand to pick up tong it went bang. Not even press on yet. I was absolutely shock and little terrified. My partner have check fuse, plug etc still nothing work 😫 I am absolutely little sad BCOS I have got out with thick long bob to shoulder length 😫 Has any had this issue before. It pretty new to me.
