Worn once and the hair has gone really thin on the ends, I’m really disappointed. I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

I ordered a hair tool from Beauty Works at my address in the US, and I did not realize that the plug would not fit in the US outlets. I went to the post office to get a return label, and it would of cost over $100 to return the item back to the UK. I reached out to customer service and Lauren was very pleasant and came up with a fair solution. I appreciate them taking the time to follow up and make things right!
