United Kingdom | 26 November 2024I ordered two curlers a day apart, I received the first one which was left outside my gate the second I never received! The delivery person left it in a bin! I don’t get an email saying it had been delivered like I did the first time so had no idea it had been put in my bin! I rang beauty works to see where my order was and they told me it was delivered and put in a bin!!! A Manager gave me a call back and they are dealing with the issue the Manager was understanding and has assured me she is looking into the matter and they have updated me each time The matter has been resolved with the delivery company and my order has been retrieved so many thanks to the management team for there patience and understanding and making the whole situation a lot less stessful I
