Look at the way Novibet only reply to positive reviews and ignore the people with problems or bad reviews. That is the way this business is run and it is perfectly displayed here, if you have any problem they simply do not care. Novibet closed my account with just a little below €1,300 in my account. Reasons stated were that I have gotten my funds from illegal activity or via a card I am unauthorised to use. I am a 64 year old woman and actually feel demoralised that I have been accused of this when it is so far from the truth. Also mentioned is that there is one or more accounts using this IP address. Novibet constantly email and send notifications for you to refer your friends. I had referred my son who has obviously been using my Wi-Fi whenever he is here. I think if they see you get lucky and win they will do anything in their power to make it seem as if you’ve gone against their terms. They said they would refund my initial deposits, that was false. Of course Novibet do not want to part with their precious profits and milk as much as they can from the customer. One of the rudest customer service members ever come across. Repeatedly told me no sign up that the offer I signed up for didn’t exist and that I was wasting my time. Turned out it did and free bets were awarded.

Worst online betting possible. After transferring 100 euro it didn't show up in the account. Therefore I missed out on a 33/1 bet on a match. I should be up 3300 now. Creepy company. I signed up to Novibet last week. This week I was notified that Novibet had been looking at my Private LinkedIn profile. This was not even an associated with my player account. Private email address used. Mental. This is not what you sign up for. This is a failure in so many ways. Privacy 101 fail. Contacted them to ask why, how? This is so wrong in many many ways.there is no reason for them to be looking at this.
