Great customer service. I got 3 stainless steel galvanised sheets with off cuts required. All good, product is really good quality. The only thing that I didn’t like it was the delivery, I chose to pay 15 pounds for tracking service but they didn’t give a estimated time, so please make clear that the tracking service does not give the ETA.

Ordered a sheet of steel for delivery, Turned up and was all good, Nice and easy to deal with and decent price. Not much more I can say really, if you need metal, these are worth a shout.

They provided exactly what was requested and communication was great from beginning to end. Would definately use again.

Decent sheet metal quality. However, my order was overlooked, as I needed to send a "where's my metal sheet" email. Oddly enough it was shipped the next day (!!) which was fine but delayed my project by a week. £15 p&p is excessive for a 40" x 40" sheet of 0.8mm mild steel sheet, if ordering below the minimum cost for free postage. Being emailed about 5x times for a purchase review, gives me the impression that Buy Metal Online is more interested in their star rating than customer service.

Exactly what I ordered, cut to the exact size needed. Helpful discussion and movement of my delivery date to suit me. When the courier service missed a transfer, I was called to rearrange with an apology albeit not the supplier's fault. Would definitely use again!!

Easy purchase, good price all delivered on time

I have not received the metal I bought (galvanised steel sheet). The customer number on the email the sent cuts off immediately and they have not respondeded to my email. I am starting a PayPal dispute

Just wanted some thin metal sheets and buying from here was straightforward and cheap, they even cut the sheet I bought into three pieces free of charge. Spoke to someone on the phone who advised me what was best to buy after letting them know what I needed it for. Sheets were ready to collect in less than 48 hours
