Cutting service was very accurate and the steel was delivered in good time, however it had been clumsily handled and was bent where it had been carried by one person (2500x250 strips), so it needed manipulating straight which was annoying. Considering the delivery charge of £100 (actually as much as the price of the steel) a bit of wood or some kind of stiffener in the packaging would not have come a miss.
