Edit: the issue I have is as I have said you sent the wrong glue from what I ordered and when we tried to use it was dried out as out of date. If you want a photo of what you sent us versus the invoice and what was ordered by all means I'm more than happy to do so. I have a special needs child and not alot of time during the week so I've only gone to glue the sheet to the plywood tonight and you would be annoyed too if you found another issue caused by your company. If I could give this zero I would. I'll keep it short. Christmas present damaged from the actual company even though they said they check everything, there was no way as the package was fine and the corners had foam covering them. We fixed this. Then when went to use the glue I had chosen it was the wrong glue they sent cheap as hell ( found out £5 on Amazon but £14 there) . I picked the glue that you didnt need a gun as we didnt have one. I had to purchase a gun then to find out the glue was out of date and like playdough. So its 2 days until Christmas and sons cmas present still isnt done. The level of mess up here is awful. To the company, dont bother chasing is up or calling me. We will sort this ourselves as you cant be trusted.

Efficient and friendly service. They rang me with a query about the first line of my address which prevented any confusion. Sheets cut to my specifications. This was my second order and both were faultless.

My initial ordering experience was somewhat frustrating in that your special birthday offer code did not initially automatically present. Due to personal circumstances my wife had to make the internet order transaction, sadly when I subsequently viewed invoice it was apparent that the special discount had once again not been applied. To your credit when error was pointed out things were immediately rectified and a promise of repayment made. It is important to point out that this less than efficient experience is out of character with other contacts both via telephone and internet both of which were informative and very productive.
