I purchased Buster + Punch’s XL Caged Sconce lamp for the renovation of my condo space after eyeing it for some time. The original lamp I ordered had a misalignment defect, and after B+P was made aware of this they took immediate action to take care of the issue. Melanie was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They provided a replacement at no cost to me. The lamp looks stunning and the quality is top notch. I love it and am truly appreciative of their amazing customer service.

Good customer service

Had a full renovation & wanted the everyday objects to be statement pieces. Everyone who enters is blown away by the products. We’ve even had neighbour mention that they could see one of the lights when on, through our window from the outside & commented how beautiful it looks. In 2.5 years we have purchased light switches & sockets, wall lights, ceiling lights & chandelier, cabinet hardware, door hardware, door stops & and dog bowl. We don’t have a dog 😬 but the bowl is a gorgeous statement pieces as a key bowl. Basically, our home could pass for a B+P showroom 😉. We had 2 issues, rectified promptly & with ease. One item we got immediately, the second was out of stock but arrived when back in stock without delay. We broke a piece & it was kindly replaced free of charge. Lastly, we realised we needed 2 more Travis Barker skull cabinet knobs & these are completely sold out. We enquired whether they had any stock anywhere in the world, in any showroom as display pieces that we could purchase. We were willing to pay import duties & delivery, you name it. Within 24hrs they had not only sourced 2 display pieces in like new condition but they were delivered to my home free of charge with a note saying that they hope these will do & to enjoy. They even included 2 different screw sizes as they were unsure of which I’d need. We decided on their exquisite products from having seen them & felt their quality on display in a stockist showroom. We will continue to add to our collection because our experience of their customer service matches the beauty and quality of these products.

Buster + Punch makes exquisite products so when we redesigned our kitchen we included their light switches and outlets in the white finish with gold trim. Unfortunately, one dimmer module box went out after about six months. When I contacted Melanie with B+P, she quickly responded and sent me a replacement. This company not only has beautiful material and products but they stand behind them and deliver great service. Thank you for your attention to details and customer service.
