I ordered a door stop and we had a delivery issue but I contacted the company they have promptly responded and sent me a new door stop. Terrific customer experience. I would highly recommend.

We love the products & probably have spent close to £7.5k on them over the past 5 years or so. The whole of our downstairs only has B&P hardware on cupboards, doors, light switches & sockets, plus one of the chandeliers in our new extension. Good luck for the future

Great products, really good quality!

Inconsistent Response Times from Customer Service and after B+P changed the design of their product, they did not offer full refunds for products. A single, partial return window was given for items only in their original packaging. Return shipping was not offered. Basically a very unpleasant experience as a professional homebuilder which resulted in the bare minimum of a corporate response to remedy the situation. Communications with my customer service associate Max were few and far between (not to mention at least three of the times I called for an update, he was not in the office and did not have access to his computer or emails to help me).

What superb craftsmanship and beautifully packaged so the item arrived safely in 100% condition. The items were stunning, it was like opening a treasure!
