Installation was great and internet speeds are great when working but the customer service is terrible at times. Sometimes it seems like the person on the other end knows nothing about the service technically and instead of passing on to someone else they just try to blind you with nonsense. Also the service is very unreliable. I had it for two Months and the services was down at least 6 times that I noticed. One time it was down for two days. Not good for when you work from home and need a reliable internet. Shame really because its the fastest internet you can get around us when working.

Been ringing customer service for three days and still nothing. Had me on the hold line for at least an hour then phone went dead. 45 minutes the next day 35 today. Just no answer. How can you resolve anything. When nobody. Answers. Absolutely disgusting service

Signed up to renew contract and nothing but problems since. Can't get through to customer service waiting for well over an hour. All Facebook comments are deleted to try and cover up how shizzle they are!

I don't know how on earth they got planning permission to put those poles everywhere just to give everyone slower internet, as well as trying to trick people by calling the company "6g". Had a sales guy come to my door trying to sell this garbage. Everything this company does just seems really shady

I think we have had more down time than actual Internet, the first install was so badly done another team of engineers had to redo it. Working perfectly for 5 days and now no nternet again and their favourite response is it will take 24/48 hour for it to be fixed or someone call you back. Definitely is the worst Internet provider we have ever had. Avoid at all cost.

I just am not getting the service I am paying for, my average speed is around 12mb.s and I am constantly told that the "speed to the router" is much higher this is absolute nonsense, It is extremely worrying as the medical equipment I use at night needs a connection to the internet to work efficiently send data to the hospital, and I have even had a loss of connection completely on several occasions since I signed up to 6g and they do not seem to offer any kind of priority service. I went from Virgin Media as they had let me down with a loss of service over last Christmas but I wish I had stayed with them now. Customer live chat is nearly impossible to get hold of and I have hearing aids and have difficulty on the phone, I got a call last month from a technician saying he needed to get in the house, I was away visiting family, and he said never mind, I'll go on the roof! I had no idea that anyone was sending a technician and no idea what he did, but it's even worse now. The only proof I have that he came is through my ring door bell which films him pulling up in his van and entering my garden with ladders. I am very unhappy and do not know who to talk to or what can be done about this. Update....... I went in webchat three weeks ago and spoke to someone about this as recommended, I was promised a callback by Monday 30th October, it's the 12th November and I'm still waiting.

5* for the installation lads in such terrible weather 06/10/23. 0* for 6g. Got up 07/10/23 no Internet! Called on hold 28 mins, had to hang as had an appointment. Contacted via chat tried to reset it over the phone, to be told "you have no connection, I will pass it to the engineers, they will be in contact". 09/10/23 am sent email 09/10/23 pm still no contact, tried to call on hold 27 mins of my 30 min lunch break. Went on chat was told "it takes 24/48 hrs for engineers to respond, they say need photo of set up" as I was working till late I couldn't add photos. Today 11/10/23 33 mins on hold so went on chat, where the photos were uploaded. "The black box should have a light on" there is no light despite trying several sockets. "Give your number, I will get an agent to call back" 19.05 still no call back. I now don't want a call back but engineer to come out and sort it or uninstall it as really not fit for purpose!!!! UPDATE... Finally spoke to a very helpful gentleman who is having replaced dispatched. He also told me that only my first contact with them 07/10/23 had been acknowledged.

We had Kasim & Nathan install our 6g internet today came on time, Very friendly funny pair of lads they love a good laugh they had us giggling all day better than the miserable people we have had before from different companies. They cleaned up before they left gave me plenty of advice on the internet showed me how to connect very helpful will recommend to family & friends.
