internet forever going down due to the fact they put a reciver on your roof and wirelessly transmit from a metal pole, as soon as it rains or is windy which is alot it goes down.. do not be conned by cheap prices better paying abit extra for a cable that runs straight into the property and does not drop out due to bad weather like most isp’s use

Avoid avoid avoid disappointment to say the least I have been fair up to now but this is not right I got fitted on Friday worked for 1 hour down eversince rude staff on the phone I've been hung up on I'm just trying to get it back up and running keep getting told 24hour day after day and nothing shocking I'm going to contact watchdog because this is starting to feel like a scam was originally planned for installation on the 12th it's now the 19th and still nothing just had the phone put down on me my child is home educated and I have health problems I rely on the internet this is really effecting me I will rewrite my review once it's on so far not good

Only been running since Wednesday (Two Days) and had 17 drops showing on two of my smart apps. Good job I had to give thirty days notice to my previous provider so I can use as backup and revert back to them if it doesn't improve. No point trying to contact as I dont have a spare two hours to be on hold. Even their chat showed an error, realised it had dropped again. Added Sunday 17/09/23. Broadband went down around 4.00pm yesterday (Saturday) and still down twenty four hours later. Phoned to a recorded message to leave number for a call back and still waiting for it. Added 22/09/2023. Well, after following the instruction of the response from C. the email sent to the address given has bounced back by the postmaster. (twice) Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: "mailto:info @ 6ginternet.co.uk Spaced as emails not allowed. Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location information failed. If C really wants to speak to me, this is my account number: G2000388364 Latest update: 26th December 2023 After all the emails and phone calls, service is no better and probably worse. Had a lie in yesterday and thought I would listen to a radio station on Alexa. Four times in one hour it disconnected. Today was exactly the same. Looks like any light that could have been at the end of the tunnel has gone out and my patience has reached the end. I have arranged a new provider and will be terminating the service with 6G and seeking a refund of charges.

Terrible company, putting their god awful masts everywhere ruining the local environment. Posts put in front of windows and properties, and silver masts look ready to go to outer space... shame on you, hope nobody buys your services

If i could give it zero stars, I would. The internet does not let me airplay to my TV, it says it’s connected yet the wifi is not loading and when ringing up, the employees don’t even provide full help because the same issue arises again later on. Absolutely stinking wifi and you should not pay for this because it’s in fact a big waste of your money.

Firstly customer service telephone non existent , secondly technical support same ,, Danny the engineer eventually arrived 7.Days later he explained the problem I accepted that as he was 5. Star curtious & very good at finding the problem 5. Star again!! 6G is very good 5.star for Broaband..
