Spoke with 6ginternet today very helpful got me setup within minutes saving me 15£ a month from my current supplier BT, out next week to set router up ect, would recommend to anyone

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! We have been using 6g for just under 1 month now and have had nothing but problems. I’m on day 3 of no internet, I have called and done live chat but no one seems to be able to help. I have just phoned to cancel my contract to find out that they haven’t even logged any of my requests for someone to call me to fix the issue. The internet drops out constantly, it turns off when every it pleases. Do not use this company for your internet. You will regret it. The only upside to this company was the lovely lad Jamie who did the fitting, he is wasted in this company.

I think the rest of the reviews on here must be fake. Awful company blighting streets with horrible poles where internet is already fine. Just awful.

Omar who works for technical support showed phenomenal knowledge in the field and always deals with my issues straight away, there has never been an issue that he can’t solve. He is always respectful and understanding of any issue you have. Omar also shows brilliant communication skills, always great dealing with him on the phone. Always happy with his service

During installation there was an unforseen accident to my gatepost. All the customer care staff especially Omar, Emma, Danielle and Callum were so kind, helpful and understanding. They sent an excellent workman Peter who sorted the problem in no time and was very professional. We also received 2 free months as compensation. I would highly recommend 6G to anyone.

If give 0 if i could! They sell you a 100mbs but you only really get like 10mbs. Their sly tactic is “oh we guarantee you a 100mbs to your router!”. Absolute nonsense. Internet has gone off more times than its been on! Customer service is useless. Better deals out there on the market too! Contracts ended however i have to still pay for 30 days because i have to give them a 30day notification to cancel! Make it make sense.

Excellent Service from all departments, Rowan from sales was very polite, clear and helped out tremendously. The installation team then made contact again very clear and precise, just awaiting my 2nd installation. We also received a free month for dad and myself. iv been with them now for at least 3 months and had zero down time or haven't experienced any lag what so ever.

Stay away from this company. Absolutely awful service, cannot establish a connection for days on end. Goes off and on and the customer service just says all ok our end.
