Product was broken and the package was dumped at the front door (even though I was home). This meant I couldn't get out the front door and as I'm pregnant I couldn't lift the package or even slide it.

Table top is missing and looks like you sent me 2 packs of Legs instead of a Table top.

Very knowledgeable and supportive. Thorough assessment. Would be improved if the assessor had taken shoes off when coming into my home, and when going upstairs on carpeted floor. While they did check if it was okay to leave shoes on, I felt uncomfortable asking them to remove shoes. This should be standard when going into peoples homes, or having a ready supply of shoe covers.

Issue with the delivery : The product wasn't delivered at the door step, instead was kept in the porch.

Thanks for the delivery, one little thing that was wrong. My first line of my address was 85, but when the item turned up you had B5. Lucky the postman delivered to me ok. It's for my car seat hopefully it will help my bad back. I have another one for my settee at home. Many thanks.
