I returned home on the Friday to find a card stating that the delivery would be rescheduled to the monday. The delivery occurred in the morning and the delivery person was very pleasant and polite, lifting the heavy box into my hallway. The only thing i would have said would improve is if i was given an actual delivery address emailed to me in advance. If i had that i would have been able to have a neighbour sit in the address in order to take delivery.

The parcel came very quickly and the gentleman who did the delivery was very polite and helpful.

No guide to help adjust the backfriend - the website listed just gives you where to buy spares. NO videos on how to adjust this item. The posturite website has no help information on how to adjust either. Rang support at posturite and still waiting for call back (40 minutes and counting). Rubbish service and unuseable item. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Item was ordered and received in good time, however to get hold of someone at Posturite was lengthy and on most occasions wasn't picked up at all. I clicked '1' for a call back and first time this was never received so attempted again. Hopefully that return call will be received.

The product was as expected. The customer service was great. The technician who set up the chair was very great and showed me various functions. I would recommend Posturite to all.

High quality product. Takes a little time to unlearn old habits but worth it once you do. Website is clear, not overcomplicated, as are the instructions for set-up and customization. Guidance for sizing is easy to find and understand.

Every time I place an order the process has changed. There's a lot of back and forth in emails before the order is placed and I find myself having to repeat myself in each communication.

Great products & communication. However, despite indications to the contrary, I was not able to pay via a proforma invoice & ended up paying by credit card, which wasted a few days, hence only 4 stars for shopping experience in this instance. I've used Posturite before & found their customer service excellent & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Received the 11 deg seat wedge within 3/4 days and found it to be produced from fairly firm foam. Only just received so can't comment on long term use how effective it is, but initially would appear to be the correct item for correcting seat posture in the car.

For delivery and set up my appointment was between 9am and 1 pm. The engineer came at 8.45am and left the equipment in a communal are. I had to learn how to use the equipment myself.

Extremely quick delivery - Product is great - its a chair at the end of the day - but it does everything you expect - super simple construction (no instructions included, but easy to find on line). It feels super sturdy and so far no sinking feeling (as you slowly descend towards the floor). Double thumbs up!!!
