I was hoping the engineer would help me set the chair itself to the height of my desk and help me align it according to the posturite notes? I believe that was included in the invoice and that was not provided unfortunately.

Very easy to order from the site. Good communication and regular updates on shipping progress. Keyboard is just the right size. After a couple of days of use I can feel the pain reducing in my elbow and shoulder as I’m not reaching out for my mouse now.

Speedy delivery and happy with the product. However, they do not send delivery updates so I was out when they delivered. They instead delivered to a neighbour but with no note to explain where the parcel was or which neighbour it was with. I had to contact customer service to find out after receiving this survey.

Perhaps I'm being picky, but the delivery alerts came to my work email, so by the time I received notifications of despatch, and being offered the opportunity to reschedule the delivery, I'd already taken receipt. Hence I dropped one star. Text alerts would have solved this. That aside, the customer service was all very good.

Posturite delivered my new chair very quick and went through instructions of the chair thoroughly

I accidentally forgot to confirm my delivery address so the item was sent to another office - I haven't yet received it so am unable to confirm if the item is ok or not. I had to ask as the type of item we want is not supplied so we had to compromise so not sure until user tries it if it will be of any use to their issue.

Deck arrived with no screws, there is no way the desk can be assembled. Update (14/1/24) - I reached out to Posturite regarding lack of screws and they are now being sent to me.
