Ordered a Ralph Lauren 1/4 zip - item arrived exactly as described, didn’t wait forever for delivery, great quality item! V happy! If I’d’ve read the reviews I wouldn’t have ordered so I’m glad I didn’t as have had absolutely no problem 💖

Fell for same trap as everyone else and wish I had read the reviews first. Items arrived but poor quality and applied to return. These guys are not in London, they are in China and was going to cost a fortune to return and no guarantee would reach them to get a full refund. Stay clear from these scammers.

Goods were not as advertised, they're cheap, so not worth returning. Basically, don't buy anything off Facebook. Took ages to arrive, customer service was nonexistent and the tracking number they gave me didn't track my order and after a few days didn't even acknowledge that I'd purchased anything. Really bad experience Really awful goods Honestly just don't bother they're a really awful shop and a Chinese scam.

Sadly I fell for the same trap as everyone else, should have read the reviews. I haven’t received my item and there is no communication from the manufacturer/store - FRAUD ON ALL LEVELS. Will contact PayPal to dispute the payment

Ditto - to all the reviews already on here. Fraudulent. Unwilling to meet my consumer rights regarding returns. Have reported to trading standards, which and citizens advice, please everyone do the same.

PLEASE NOTE: company name was CELORIA, not Celiora! They trade as Oliver-London🙄. Ordered a jacket in early November. Ordered Size L as their chart suggested this would fit UK16…I’m 12-14 but wanted to wear a sweater underneath and not be constricted. Despite trumpeting London credentials, tracking soon showed it was from……China!! Jacket arrived - not as chunky as photos but still nice, after all the packing creases disappeared. Requested Returns label as it would barely fit a UK8-10. Tiny. Initially they told me to return - at my expense. I disputed this and again requested Returns label. Also promised to report their scamming. Surprisingly after another couple of back & forths they sent a full refund!! Still no returns label. Last contact 27/11. It’s now January. A quick search shows they are now out of business. Probably to emerge shortly under another name… The jacket has not increased in size so tiny niece has been gifted it!! Lesson learned.

I wish I could give this company a minus as they don’t even deserve 1 star! I placed my order on the 9 Dec, a week later was sent an email stating it had been shipped. When I tried to track it the tracking was non existent. I contacted them to ask what was happening my order and they stated it was being processed to being shipped and they could not confirm when I was likely to receive it! Then asked to cancel my order and have a refund as it was for my husband’s birthday on the 17 Dec and had little hope of receiving it. They confirmed it was cancelled and said they would refund but there would be a delay because of a big back log at their end. I have been trying to get my refund now since the 16 December and I keep getting the same response that they are processing as a matter of urgency and thank you for my patience. In short they have no intention of refunding I have opened a dispute with PayPal to investigate. I really wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this disreputable company - totally shocking. I think will have to kiss my £45 goodbye. Daylight robbery!!! I am normally so careful and thought I was ordering from a UK based retailer, clearly not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - completely fraudulent company. I too fell for the lovely knitted Christmas tree jumper which when it arrived (5 weeks after ordering and after badgering what claims to be customer service repeatedly for shipping confirmation) it was a nasty nylon printed thing with no bearing to the image on the website. I’ve complained repeatedly and they’ve given me some obscure address in China to send the goods back to at my own expense. I very much doubt they will arrive and I will receive a refund. They offered me a free garment or 35% off my purchase price… absolutely cowboys and not to be trusted

AVOID!! I stupidly bought a jumper from this company that was advertised on instagram (I’m embarrassed for being so gullible) They took the money then no email confirmation, no order number and most importantly no jumper ever arrived. I’m hoping my bank will be able to claw back my money from this clearly fake company!

Why are companies like this with deceitful names allowed to trade and scam people! Fake! Scam!

Would give zero. It’s a scam. They don’t deliver, the ‘London’ gimmick is just to make you think there is a supplier in the UK. Dreadful

To be honest there should be an option for a zero star. The company is a bogus. Its really expensive, not willing to issue me a refund. Hopefully to contact my bank and get it cancelled.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Like others I ordered 2 Christmas ‘jumpers’ from this company and for many weeks didn’t receive anything and realised that it was a scam. Fortunately after reporting to my bank I received a refund for the full amount from my bank. To my surprise I then received a package containing two of the most hideously naff printed sweatshirts I’ve ever seen, made from the cheapest of materials and not even in the pattern I ordered 😂 I wouldn’t pay 5p for them! Avoid this company and if you have been scammed report to your bank.

I really should have read the reviews before buying. I ordered weeks ago and haven't received anything. The tracking email I received did not contain any information and just filled with placeholders where my order number etc should have been. The customer service emails are totally useless. So annoyed with myself for being so gullible.

Awful service. Haven’t received the jumper I ordered and all email replies are impersonal and clearly written by AI. Poor decision on my part to use the company. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered off the company regarding my order as it's saying been delivered on the 11/11/24 which it hasn't so when I have challenged them they are telling me to get intouch with delivery company which I have and they are saying the tracking number is invalid. Pay3d by visa so will b3 claiming it back off them hopefully.

Believe this company are now trading as Martin London following these reviews. The company advertising as both Martin and Oliver trade from China, their delivery time is weeks, the products purchased are shoddily made and have no labels to show material, fire-proof status, or washing methods. Their fine-print return instructions are at your own cost,designed to deter and you have no chance of refund.

Horrendous. Can't find the website anymore so guessing it's rightly shut down. Link from email now takes me to EastYes. Ordered 2 dresses which took over 6 weeks to arrive. Quality awful, fit terrible. Unsure how I will be able to get a refund now but pretty gutted as much more expensive than Shein (for example) and quality much worse....!
