great staff and very efficient, cost was brilliant .. the blinds are excellent the only downside is I ordered white blackout blinds and they have a pale grey cast depending on positioning, this does happen with blackout material so I can't fault the company but worth noting if you want a true white blind.. I would definitely recommend company to my friends and family..

Blinds are as we wanted fitter came on time did a good job no mess well done

Made appt for roller blind to be fitted for French doors. Was quoted £300 50% Deposit was paid. So we decided to pick a cheaper material as too expensive spoke on phone and arranged with customer support to put it on hold .We visited shop in Altrincham to pick new fabric which brought the price down. The balance due was £100 on day of fitting. The fitters arrived put blind up when finished he cut the cord to high to the Roller fitment which restricted the blind from covering the whole French doors. The fitter asked for full balance of 1st Order due to an error. Which has since been refunded back. I was informed to send email and pictures to complaints department. That was all done on 20th December it is now 3rd January. I wouldnot recommend this Company, there standards have dropped in recent years. AVOID UPDATE: 2nd Appt arranged for cord to be replaced, fitter arrived with Plastic Cord which should of been stainless Steel, so plastic one was temporarily fitted and the correct one ordered. 3rd Visit arranged a specific time came and went no fitter had arrived. Contacted Customer Ser the fitter had forgot the cord, So a 4th appt has been made!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The fitter, Thomas, was pleasant, helpful and did a great job installing my blinds and answering any questions I had. All in all, my experience from the initial visit to measure up and quote, my subsequent contact with your office colleagues and the final fitting by Thomas was a positive one and my blinds look lovely!

Initial measure great felt comfortable. Disappointment on fitting one blind totally wrong size and now not electric. Issue with motor on one blind and waiting on revised invoice. Not major just niggles but as long as resolved happy to use again of which may be within couple of months.
