I’ve used Homefair blinds a few times, always done a lovely job. The only problem they need to have a different range in patterns. Just seem to be the same as last time. . But pleased with the blinds and Roman blinds

Blinds look lovely however the fitter left an awful mess… literally drilled his holes left all the mess no clean up moisture off windows ran into it before id realised blinds could have been ruined …. Second time of using these first time great second time fitter was poor… small things a quick tidy up or using a hoover dont take much thought ..,, this is a good company and quality is good just hope you get the right fitter as he also left a bit rubbish here and there in each room and marked the stairs wall carrying them up .. also no text in the morning with time window and no phone call before arriving … really is simple things !!!!! This time around disappointed would think twice now before using again

I have used homefair in both my houses over the last 25yrs they are very professional come on time to measure up and they were fitted in a week lots of choice of fabrics and colours will be usging them again

Punctual and kept me informed of when they were coming to measure and fit the blinds. Reasonable price too and friendly staff.

We had our blinds fitted on a Thursday. On the night we noticed that one blind did not close properly. I visited the shop on the Friday to explain our issue. We were informed that someone would contact us and perform a visit. On the Monday I telephoned them only to be informed it will take between 5 and 10 working days to get back to us. Shocking after sales service. They have had over £1000 in the last few months. We have now had an employee come to view our issue. We were contacted first about a visit. I mentioned the fact of the 5 to 10 working days where he apologised and must have been a misunderstanding. I will now say that the blinds and the fitting of them are of a very high standard. But impressed by their response in rectifying our issue. We would certainly recommend them.

Always been more than happy with this service which I have used for years had a few problems with one of the blinds which was rectified as soon as possible Gareth who measures up was so helpful and Vicki broadbent went above and beyond to make one happy customer I will be using yourselves in next few weeks once I have had carpets fitted in my new home thanks again

Happy with Homeflair quick to supply and fit my blind only problem chain pull was two short as blind was over sink and was bit of a stretch to reach However called in to shop and all was resolved quickly and painlessly Would recommend this company
