Premier Hop are fantastic, an ever-changing selection of fantastic beers, swift delivery and well packaged. I had a small issue with one delivery and they sorted it quicker than I could check my emails, great customer service. Delivery is next day and in my most recent order they had a 10% off deal making it even more value for money compared to most retailers.

I’ve been ordering my craft beer from Premier hop for the last 6 months. The deliveries are usually within 48hrs and often delivered with a friendly hand written note. I once put the wrong house number on the order. When PH realised they we’re texting to make sure everything was ok.Superb service.

I've ordered a number of times from Premier Hop now and the service has always been speedy and the beers arrive well packaged. The selection of beers they have is great, and I've been able to pick up limited beers which have sold out else where. Highly recommended.

One of the silver linings of lockdown has been finding new beer shops online. Some brilliant. Some a little rough and ready. I only found Premier Hop because I was hunting for a few beers that I couldn't find anywhere else. They had almost everything I was looking for and some interesting new stuff in a pretty A* selection. And even more impressively they compete on price even for some of the fancy stuff. On top of that they stand out on delivery. They get past the slight red flag of using DPD (responsible for some of the worst courier experiences of my life) by being one of the few cheap independent beer shops to pack beers properly. All wrapped and sealed. A couple of cans slightly dinged but of the 10 or so beer shops I've used this year, they've been the best by some way. They don't have personal accounts or loyalty schemes which surely limits notification of beers you may want to know are back in stock or now available etc. But they do have one of the best beer shop features which is being able to build a box. I didn't use the service so I'm not sure how it works without having an account but other reviews suggest it works well and the fact that they have it puts them a cut above most places. The website also is significantly better than most places (no filtering through lots of Out of Stock beers here, it's all clear and easy to use). Overall, delighted to have found a spot to get beer from that I can have such confidence in and use so easily. I'm definitely adding them to my list of favourite beer websites and will be back to get more from them soon.
