I can't fault Premier Hop, they have a brilliant selection of beers, constantly changing and updated. The customer service is fantastic and the beers are packaged safely, delivered quickly. Brilliant, have ordered from them a number of times and never had any issues.

Recently, Premier Hop debuted a beer that they collaborated on with North Brewing Co. and beer enthusiast podcast Triple Hopped. The feedback on this beer has been magnificent and when Premier Hop restocked cans, I rushed to add x3 into my basket and proceeded to the checkout. On reflection, a few hours later, I thought to myself "maybe I should have only bought 2 cans, and added a Cloudwater Stout." I decided to give Premier Hop a call, which they answered almost immediately (no automated machine, here), and they were very receptive to my request to change my order. Providing outstanding customer service, they allowed me to make a second order, processing the refund for my first order on the same day. The cans/bottle have arrived less than 2 days later and are all in excellent condition, including a note from the owners. Fantastic customer service from a hard-working independent company.

One of the nicest Onlineshops you can find in the UK (yes, they do ship to the EU too, just ask them)! Excellent customer service, if you have any questions they answer very fast and always with a satisfying answer (at least for my questions so far). They are also very active on Instagram and are an essential part of the UK craftbeer community! Just ask them about their box-system, very neat idea by the way!

I’ve been with these guys for almost a year now and they are my main go to for craft beer. Their saves box service which works via Instagram posts using a 👍🏻📦 to add the beer to your box is genius. The prices are by far the cheapest I have seen and was one of the main reasons I started using them, local London bottle shops take note, you guys are great but your prices are too high!! Premier hop prices are exactly right imo. Customer service is always great, happy and helpful and I have never had any issues with delivery. Literally nothing bad I can say about these guys. I have ordered from Premier Hop a number of times and have been continually impressed with the wide selection of in demand beers available and their fast delivery service. Their Save Box service, available on Instagram, is a brilliant idea and has helped me get hold of a number of highly anticipated beers from breweries that are tricky to get hold of. Communication and information about both products and orders is excellent and the team are incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend.

I've been using Premier Hop since last year and they're easily the best online beer shop going. The saves boxes on instagram are a great idea, the webshop is always well stocked with the best beers about at excellent prices, and delivery is always well organised and fast. Service is excpetional - they always go out of their way for customers and make themselves available to help whenever they can. Easiest 5/5 I've given on here, can't recommend them enough. If you haven't used them before, definitely give them a go.

Been using Premier Hop for about 6 months after a recommendation from a friend. The saves boxes are immense. The easiest way to load up on the latest and greatest beers you can ‘box’ and either cash out at a time of your choosing or like I do when it’s full to the brim of cracking beers!
