PH are just fantastic. Service is great - I have had multiple orders, first through Web then through subscription boxes. Orders are well packed and always on time. Customer-service wise, again they have been fantastic - always available through Instagram, helping out when I have any queries. Finally, I should mention their prices. They are always extremely keenly priced and have a rewarding loyalty scheme too. Couldn't be happier.

Started using Premier Hop last month and have just completed by 2nd order via their online box scheme. Can't speak highly enough of the service. Respond really quickly to any queries, are always super helpful and keep you bang up to date on readiness of your order. Would recommend them to any beer lover!

I was introduced recently to saves boxes on premier hop. You get to sample various breweries not just in the UK at a little discount. I was surprised how tirelessly they work fulfilling orders and how quick the delivery is once you settle up. I begin to wonder if they even have a day off work! I'm not sure how it could get any better as the service is incredible but I look forward to more breweries using premier hop in the future!

I was told about Premier Hop and their service near the beginning of lockdown and tbh its proven to be a bit of a lifesaver during this time. I've been able to access great beers from breweries I wouldn't have normally been able to and the saves box system has allowed me to curate boxes of beer exactly to my taste each month. If you enjoy craft beer then I'd highly recommend using Premier Hop to continue or expand that journey.

Over the lockdown I've used dozens of online ways of keeping my insatiable craft beer appitite happy, and it's no wonder that these guys are the people I've stuck with. A cracking range, a personal touch that is surprisingly thorough considering how fast they get the beers sent out, and a nice way of reserving beers for a box later - all adds up to a great place to discover and buy beer.

The people at Premier Hop are real trendsetters. Half beerfluencer, half webshop and half UFO shopping experience. They have the best selection of super-fresh beers around, their customer service is incredibly fast and helpful and they invented (as far as I know) this Instagram-based shopping experience called "save boxes" which is lots of fun, builds a real community around them and will fill the whole of your fridge with absolute hits in no time.
