United Kingdom | 13 May 2021Very disappointed, not worth wasting your time filling in all the questions to get a poor response. I spent ages filling in all the questions to find a local cleaner, I could have gone to a national company but was trying to shop local. I selected all 10 companies that they showed to ask for quotes. I had one reply asking me to confirm my postcode and then they would be back to me with a quote. The guideline quote was £6 an hour (sounded too cheap I thought) That was a week ago Today Bidvine asked for my rating on their service and understandably I gave it 0 as I'd heard nothing. I also checked with the one supplier whether she wanted to quote or not. I had a response from Bidvine and I explained what had happened, I then had a response from the supplier now quoting £15 per hour (more than I've been quoted by a national company) I then get an email from Bidvine telling me I've had 1 quote!! Coincidence, maybe but thoroughly unimpressed, save your time and go elsewhere. UPDATE Having posted this review and prompted the one respondent myself I have now hired. Better if expectations are managed in respect to informing you that may not hear back from many / any people whom you contact and realistic prices are quoted. Would be good if those who aren't interested at least respond to let you know or are not put forward as prospective suppliers.

United Kingdom | 05 May 2021Bidvine pricing structure is very one-sided. For me, it is £50 to make a bid, If I make 10 Bids, that £500. If I get 10 no or negative responses, Bidvine sits on £500 and only gives you CREDIT. No Interest. If the customer engages with 5 Pro's, as they do, Bidvine pockets £250, and no guarantee of a job. One, Bidvine should give you the option to have a credit or a refund, who can be out of pocket £500. Two, Bidvine should only take the fee if the Pro and customer agree to make a deal. I am currently in contact with a solicitor to check the legality of this business structure. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have seen the response below. When you say, 'you don't pay' You still pocket all bids and return it to Pro's as 'Store Credit' if there is a negative or no response. I would like the option of a credit or refund. If I make 10 bids at £50 each and have no or negative responses, you sit on £500 earning interest in a bank while I get credit... it does little to encourage bidding and if someone is starting out, this service is not for them. Im still looking into the legality of the business structure.

United Kingdom | 04 May 2021I have registered with them, as a professional trainer to try and re-gain some clients post COVID. The service they offer is ridiculously inconsiderate, the charges are crazy and do not make any sense, as they charge per contact, even if this client contacts you just to waste your time (which many clients do!) Moreover, I have seen one client "choosing" 6 different professionals. I was charged £16 for this client, even though this client did not respond to any of my messages. I am assuming the rest of the professionals were charged the same. So imagine how much money Bidvine has stolen from our pockets. Another client I was charged for wanted me to travel 20 miles for a training session, even though I have set my limit as 10 miles. Bidvine has explained that this is because I have offered "online" training sessions and this client had this option "on", while in our messages he has clearly stated that he needs me to travel! Bidvine customer service was absolutely unhelpful and patronising.

I think the user interface could be improved to make it more seamless to send requests to many professionals at once. Also, sometimes I find it difficult to get to the tab that I'm looking for e.g. my requests, when I search the homepage, that I'll have to link through my email.
