Mr Shane offered a very excellent service, He communicated very well, His job was clean and tidy whilst working very very fast, all these for an affordable good price. I will recommend him and definitely use him again.It was an all round excellent service.

I’m grateful for the company. I’m just moved house and I’m a women who lives alone (unfortunately I am not part of the DIY woman team). I could not imagine building all the my furniture myself. But with this company, I manage to get all my furniture build in under a weekend. From wardrobes to desks, to bedside tables.

Overall I had a positive experience with Bidvine, as my students increased significantly. I also gave 4 stars for the customer service, which is really quick and helpful. However, I still think that paying up to £34 when a customer replies to a bid (and it is not guaranteed that they will become a student) is too much.

The whole experience with bidvine from start to finish was excellent had no problems with requesting a plasterer and a price for the job the workman was professional in his work and manner overall great experience Well done bidvine

I sought a piano teacher, put in my details and expected that I would have teachers details emailed to me but my phone number was given to teachers and I was bombarded with calls texts and emails. I did find a teacher through this company but doubt I would use again.

Bidvine is an excellent service where you hire local tradesmen to do your home repairs etc... Honestly I was uneasy to begin with as my past experiences has never been good with these types of websites. My main reason for writing this review is to let others know that this site does actually work😊and excellently at that, entering my details and jobs was easy with help offered all the way along. Bidvine kept my details private and asked absolutely nothing from me all the way along as my happiness was there main concern this is a FREE service for customers. I hired Cole Home Improvements which was also a very professional, quick and value for money job, bidivine covers a massive range of all your local services a website i would defently use and recommend again.😊

In short... I do not receive bidvine notifications on my phone. This means that I miss out on contacting leads early. I have contacted two leads so far who were apparently wanting online guitar lessons. After I paid the fee to contact them I found out that they were after lessons in the local area to them and did not want lessons online. If this is the case then there is no guarantee that I won’t have a similar incident with anyone I pay to contact in the future. When I spoke to someone on customer support about this they agreed to refund my money. In actual fact I received a credit on my account. This is not a refund as it ties me into using the money with them rather than reversing the charge that was made to me for the services that I was promised. A service, I might add I won’t be using in the future at all because there is no guarantee that I won’t be charged more money to view contacts that again, don’t need my services.
