Overall, not excellent. I had a big issue to deal with a week into restarting the service. I used the Bidmatch to automatically send out leads in my local area (2 mile radius), i received a lead all the way in Birmingham which is miles away from me, not even close, which they charged £20.40 when they reply :(. I proceeded to complain using the messaging service and got put through to Maila who had no desire to help or see how wrong the company was. She proceeded to defend her position and refused to authorise the refund even though there was blatant proof of mis-selling. She even suggested how i should run my business without any realistic option. I then spoke on the phone with Diana who ended up being very helpful and authorise the next practical solution. I heed warning to anyone using the Bidmatch service to make sure not to tick the remote/online service box because they'll send leads regardless of distance and will charge if they reply. This is something the company would need to fix and separate the travel and remote/online service boxes or at least provide notification.

This is a review of the platform and not customer service. As a professional I found the platform too strongly stacked in favour of the customer. A £9.60 fee (in my case) for an 'introduction' was charged to my PayPal at first contact by a potential customer and well before any meaningful communication had taken place. Sometimes the potential client would just disappear before any spoken communication was possible. I also recently learned that Bidvine presents customers with a range of easy to 'click' stock phrases which they can use to open contact regardless of how serious they may be. That 'click' is enough to trigger a £9.60 fee whether any further contact is ever made. I can't fault the willingness and courtesy of customer service (5*) but the platform itself requires a lot of tweaking to offer a fairer deal and greater benefit to the professional. Chasing refunds is not my idea of fun.

Bidvine is an easy and effective service, this was our first use but it certainly will not be the last.

Bidvine is not a place for serious-minded pros. Any time waster can go on there and set up a phony bid. As a pro, I will get charged to place a bid and when the bid is cancelled, I am charged for it. How long can one continue to suffer the loss? All they care for is the money that goes into their accounts. I will do much better investing all that money in digital marketing on Google, Instagram or Facebook. I've had just about enough.

Terrible app to use for professionals, unqualified leads, if you are looking for a platform with fake leads this is the way to go! If you want to spend 100 on advertising and make 50 back this is way to go. Since the new update its unbelievable how everything changed, from a decent app to terrible one. You are fighting for 1 job that other 10 professionals get and whomever offers lowest price wins, at this point during covid prices are going too low to use this app. Hopefully this helps for professionals who are looking to enter such platform.
