I booked a rubbish clearance company through bidvine. I paid £300. I then got a letter from a london council where the rubbish was dumped and was fined £150!!! I have contacted bidvine and have had no response. I have also contacted the rubbish removal company that bidvine claimed were "trusted"and no response. I am £450 out of pocket. Shocking.

Overall great experience had 34 succefull project that I completed , gained top Pro status ,but then had lots of app issues , that were not solved when I requested their team member to help out. Also i think, thisis not really worth using it as , you need to spend atleast £60-£80 pounds , to get a project worth maybe £500-£1000 . , majority of times it does not even reach £500 . They seem to attract cheap costumers who, wants to find team to do project cheap and quickly , just speaking from my own experience. Also when I requested , one of their team members to have a look into my app errors , he gave me completely opposite to what I asked , and when I said that I am thinking of stopping of using this platform , they did not take this further , they straight away deleted my account, and now I have lost all my unique business discription and all photo in the gallery that I have submitted to on to this platform . Would not recommend to waste your time using this , my advice go to check a trade a well trusted company in UK.

Used Bidvine after having no responses for a furniture assembly person on Taskrabbit. Bidvine is easy to use, you can see the people and their skill set, and their rating. Its very easy to use, and will definately be using Bidvine for all DIY and home jobs going forward. I found a great person for the jobs I needed, and will be using him again for other tasks.
