Great experience, felt like a faculty exam!

I found the L&D professional, instructional design, and L&D analytics/metrics courses to be engaging and informative with challenging exams. The final exams included relevant case studies. I liked the flexibility of choosing which chapter I wanted to study in each course rather than being locked into a rigid learning path. Furthermore, the courses were bite-sized, making them easy to digest. The on-demand videos with lectures from worldwide L&D/HR professionals were the highlight of these courses. The global professionals were engaging, providing deep insights and practical tips on current and future L&D trends.

The CLDP 13-week program was truly an educating and rewarding experience. Mr Deepak Sharma consistently facilitated it with so much maturity and made each session very interactive and engaging. It's high-time organizations took Generative AI seriously especially in their day-to-day operations to combat cyber threats and attacks. Enjoyed while learning from the Generative AI masterclass session for HR And L&D. I was able to determine areas of my role where there is an opportunity for generative AI. I was informed of the list of tools that can be used for every role.

Interesting and educative session.

The company need to improve on time management, language availability via caption CC, and providing guide. Lastly, instead of using zoom, use a suitable platform for people to access the link you drop even if you end the meeting.

As we all know Generative AI is a hot topic now a days and this session does the justice on helping me understand about this concept. They made session so interactive by keeping games to check the knowledge of the participants by asking questions. Overall it was a great learning experience.

I was curious to join the webinar on Generative AI organised by GSDC, as i wanted to understand what is market perspective. It was wonderful to listen to Jepson Taylor about new ways of how AI is changing the world and what are the pros and cons of the same. So I was very curious to ask questions about the negative side of GAI. As an IT professional I know that AI is new way of working bit at the same time we have to understand this technology really well. As we understood in the webinar how this is now used in creating amazing and mind-boggling images which we never had thought will be done in matter of minutes or the code written in few hours which would have taken months or a year. I was very much involved in the conversation and it was fascinating. So, my question was how can we make sure it does not get into wrong hands, what will it be converted into when used to military and so on on. Answer is it is evolving every second and yes we have to be vigilant and be careful with wrong elements using it , like deepfake which is becoming so common. Finally, my take is yes we need seminars like this to make people understand that we have to be vigilant and understand humanity side first when implementing AI and avoid it taking bais decisions. Ultimately we humans , we coders we have created this and we are responsible for make it safe and better. Thank you.

I'm amazed at the robustness of Generative AI for business. Whereas the usual system had to build a separate model for each task, with the Generative AI you will be able to get more tasks done with just one model. Also ingesting information is more seamless. The wealth of knowledge of the speaker, Adnan Gonzalez Sanchez, made the session interesting. Thank you GSDC for putting this together.
