Gen AI for Business Masterclass: Great Learning Experience I recently completed the Generative AI Masterclass for Business Session 1, and it was an insightful one. I am expecting to participate in future sessions and also to be more interactive. One suggestion: Please have a specific option enabled for Q&A in Zoom meeting settings, so that the questions can be answered in an orderly manner, or a different platform like Pigeon hole can be used for this as it can be viewed after the meeting ends too.

The training material and the trainers where both very helpful

I enrolled the information security management practitioner course and expected the course content to be interactive but instead it was delivered in the powerpoint slide with the worse voice-over. The funniest part is that the course content is a combination of ISACA, ISC2 and CompTIA with a confused stage between foundation and intermediate. You can get those contents publicly without need to pay a single dime. I wish I can get the refund as it definitely not worth for money but their policy is not allowing for refund.

GSDC provided me with great assistance throughout the process of obtaining my ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification, demonstrating excellent responsiveness.

The courses themselves were great, but tech support needs work. They can take a week to respond.

I attended the FinOps Bootcamp workshop conducted by GSDC and the speaker session was insightful and helped in socializing with like-minded community members as well. It is recommended to attended these sessions in the area of your interest to accelerate your skill development.
