Booked tickets for bring me the horizon back in June, subscribed to early access through live nation. Managed to get brilliant seats, got sent my tickets via email in November. Attended the concert yesterday at utilita arena Birmingham no problems. E-tickets scanned easily and had brilliant view, would use the company again.

Trying to book 2 tickets for Peter Kay. Website says they are available at £74; but only allows me to purchase one. So try again using 'best available' feature - this time allows me to purchase 2 so press 'add to basket' but guess what? - it automatically reverts to hospitality tickets at well over £100 and won't allow me to buy at £74. Rip-off. scam. Time-wasters.

All the way through the booking process I was told the admin fee was £0.00, then when I get to the last page before paying I am hit with a £1.50 'delivery fee' for them to email me my ticket. £1.50 to send an email? Looks like an admin fee to me.

So after seeing so bad reviews on here after buying my blink 182 tickets and being scared I had been scammed, I can say I was not! Bought my tickets a year before the gig had regular emails from them, I was able to log into the website and see my order and updates on my tickets. I downloaded the app when I had an email to say my tickets were ready, they came through on the app no problem, got me into the gig no issues! Very happy with my purchase and how my tickets were handled

Booked 6 tickets back in may for the Mrs and her friends to go to Anne Marie in November. I was a bit worried about the reviews but I don’t know why. Tickets were emailed to me over a month before the date. Very good pricing too! If you book and go to the event I don’t think you’ll have an issue with this site it just seems it’s when you want refunds and stuff they let them selfs down. No complaints here though!

I went to buy tickets for a concert on ticket master and they were all £200+ so went on ticket factory and got in the queue with 10 ppl in front of me then got standing tickets for £80, got a confirmation email too:)

One of the worst experiences I've ever had to book tickets. You select everything, press "Pay Now". They charge your card but you get redirected back to the shopping cart where you can still see your order pending. There is no confirmation email and you can't book to the event. This happens every year at the same event Happy days.

Show booked 2019 reschedule 4 time now cancelled I told then b 4 refund tesco bank closed all accounts they said dosnt matter must be refunded to card paid with . But no such bank since noc 2021. Won't help disgusting company

I was initially disappointed that the tickets were going to be posted to me from the UK to Spain and that electronic tickets were not available. I contacted customer services who assured me that the tickets had been posted and they arrived the following week without any extra charge for air mailing abroad. I am impressed!

Lots of poor reviews on here but I had to phone Customer Services to resend some e-tickets and it was done swiftly and efficiently whilst I waited on the phone so I can only give them 5 stars. There was no waiting involved and the representative was polite and helpful.

Pathetic! Terrible website that doesn't let me proceed to secure payment. I have tried PC, Mac and numerous browsers. The mobile app is even worse. Log in to a grey screen. The end! Ive email their tech support but not received a response. I hope the muppet that is responsible for this shambles has realised they would be better off taking drive thru orders at Mc Donalds.

The Ticket Factory website is poorly constructed and prone to chucking you out of the ordering process after having already taken your money. This happened to me twice buying tickets for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Please RHS, change your ticketing partner… this band of incompetents is doing your reputation no good at all. I complained to The Ticket Factory, although it was very difficult to work out how to message them about something that had gone wrong before an order number had been allocated. They wanted more details. Then they went all quiet. Luckily my card company didn’t quibble and just refunded the money. But we still don’t have our tickets. Maybe we should just watch it on TV this year.

My husband died on 20th November 2022. He bought me Peter Gabriel tickets for June next year. The Ticket Factory are refusing to refund. Coroner, bank, credit card, hotels, holidays, other tickets; in fact everyone has been kind and helpful. Not Ticketmaster. They are faceless, voiceless, soulless, cruel thieves

Paid 169.85 for ticket via Viagog on 8th October 2021 for seated circle area RWA Birmingham. Music band cancelled gig, so event postponed Event now on 22nd November 2022. Ticket duly arrived for standing only for 38.00 instead of 169.85!!!!!!! Viagogo say it's the ticket sellers fault and not them.

Read some awful reviews after I had bought my tickets. So I contacted TTF, to ask if they would email my ticket rather than post it as I had requested. 20 minutes later I had my ticket.

Bought and paid £118 for 2 tickets to George Ezra in April 22 for a concert in September. Charged to credit card. By a few days before the gig no tickets had arrived so contacted Ticket Factory... to be told, "sorry, your order doesn't seem to be on our system." Sent screenshots of my tickets purchase in my Ticket Factory account, along with proof of my credit card payment. By now it was the day before the concert and I still hadn't heard back or received my tickets. I phoned again and a very helpful lady managed to sort out the problem and apologised because "there had been a processing problem at their end resulting in the payment being taken but no tickets issued." She sent me my tickets by email and I heaved a sigh of relief... But then today, the day of concert, I get ANOTHER call from a different member of staff saying they cannot find a payment for my tickets and can I pay now please. Utterly oblivious to the rigmarole I had already gone through and unaware that it was The Ticket Factory's mistake in the first place. I had to explain everything all over again, she checked the system again, insisted on the accounts department looking into it again and calling me back again for me to prove that yes, I paid £118 for these tickets 5 months ago. Just appalling incompetence, I'd advise you not to use this company.

One of the many customers who attempted to purchase Coldplay tickets, the system clearly couldn’t handle the amount of people attempting to purchase tickets and multiple issues when trying to make a payment. The money has been taken from my bank account and have spoken to a rep today who says the money should be refunded in 3-5 days, I asked for email confirmation of this action which they weren’t able to do, I don’t understand why they can’t process the refund over the phone as clearly the system was quite happy to take the money. I have used alternative ticket vendors before successfully but would not use Ticket Factory again.
