United Kingdom | 12 August 2021I rarely write a review online, but feel I must do so in order to save other people using this company. I am still awaiting a refund from the Eagles concert which was cancelled this year, its for a total of £420. My card which I used to buy the tickets has expired, so they are unable to refund this directly back to the card. Despite calling the number outlined on several occasions (once for 90 mins), my calls were never answered. I have written 4 emails requesting a refund or a means of contacting me directly without any response. They will never see my business again and I would strongly urge anyone who is thinking of using this company to purchase event tickets to seriously consider the consequences if anything should go wrong.

Barbados | 16 July 2021This is THE MOST badly managed company on the planet...look at all their terrible reviews. They have an online ticket tracking system, current status on mine (for the RHS Flower Show), is they’ll be with me within the next 5 days..they don’t say from when, or when they were despatched. I’m due to attend the show within that time frame so panic is setting in. Or not in my case actually, if the tickets aren’t here by the time I need them, believe me, there’ll be fireworks over Tatton Park. If you’re reading this and are awaiting your Tatton RHS Tickets, please join me and formerly complain to the RHS about their choice of ticket organisers. There are far better and more efficient ones out there.

United Kingdom | 12 July 2021Had to give this abysmal company one star as the system won't let you give less. Avoid like the plague atrocious customer service, never responds to e mails and after spending 3 days trying to get an agent on the phone I have given up. Quite why the RHS uses them I don't know.

United Kingdom | 06 July 2021Desperate! In April I ordered tickets for The Hampton Court Garden Festival. I had an immediate confirmation saying tickets would be issued near to the event. They were issued last week but for the wrong day. Order number was the same . I have emailed the company - no response. The tickets they sent me were for YESTERDAY! The tickets I ordered were for today. I spent hours on the phone yesterday but no one answered. Currently I am into 40 minutes on the phone again this morning, but again no answer. I suspect there is no one there. This is not a service in any sense of the word. Can I go to the show today and enter on yesterday's ticket. Will I be turned away? Have I wasted my money because of their error? A refund ( should they ever respond!) is not the answer because the show will be past. I do not know what to do

United Kingdom | 05 July 2021Awful I have been trying to get into contact with the ticket factory for over 6 months!! I have emailed a number of times to only be ignored every time. I have made a number of calls sitting in call queues for over an hour, there is no automated message to tell you where you are in the queue, just horrendous music, and have never managed to even get through. I have spent over £400 on tickets and it looks like i will never get them. Aviod at all costs, awful company, not happy at all.

United Kingdom | 19 June 2021Expecting digital tickets for Eastbourne tennis. And guess what no tickets . The ticket factory are genuinely rubbish. Can't contact the useless so and sos. The LTA should get a kicking for using them.

United Kingdom | 16 June 2021I booked tickets to Queens tennis 16th June. Unfortunately my tickets did not arrive by post or electronically. Prior to the event, I tried phoning Theticketfactory twice and I waited for over 30 mins on each call, without actually getting through until it went to a automated voice saying they are not there. It’s a premium number so they make money for an issue they have created. They do not have an automated telephone service to let you know what number you are in the queue or to arrange a callback, instead you have to suffer the same terrible music over and over again. I also emailed Theticketfactory to complain and my event is due to start in hours and still no ticket! LTA should have not awarded them to handle the tickets. Shambolic and deliberate theft for both premium number and no providing ticket bought.

United Kingdom | 14 June 2021I ordered 2 tickets for the Dogtastic 2021 Event at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern. Unfortunately my tickets did not arrive by post or electronically. Prior to the event, I tried phoning Theticketfactory twice and I waited for over 30 mins on each call, without actually getting through, so I decided to hang up. They do not have an automated telephone service to let you know what number you are in the queue or to arrange a callback, instead you have to suffer the same terrible music over and over again. I also emailed Theticketfactory to enquire about my lack of tickets prior to the event and to this day I’m still waiting for a reply. Fortunately, I only lost £18, that said I will never ever use this ticketing company again. I have used other ticketing companies who have been fantastic, but sadly Theticketfactory is useless in comparison.

United Kingdom | 10 June 2021I only used this site because it was the only way to get test match tickets at Edgbaston. There is a £2 per person booking fee which is NON-REFUNDABLE even if the match or other event is cancelled, so for 7 people for 2 days, this has lost me £28. In addition to this, they changed the terms and conditions and although they allowed cancellations, it was impossible to get through to them. 1.5 hours on the phone I had to give up. The special numbers they had setup for the Edgbaston test match did not work. They don't reply to emails. I'm likely to have to go through my credit card company now to get the refund.

United Kingdom | 05 May 2021Tried to buy tickets for live tennis at Eastbourne after paying for a 'priority'window. On line at 10, got my tickets but then the website crashed - been in a paused queue for over and hour and three quartes. Not a chance now of tickets. Terrible service, was just as bad last year

United Kingdom | 23 April 2020I would not have given it 1 star. I was on the site tonight to get 2 tickets for the JLS NHS concert in Birmingham at 5.00pm. There were 7028 people ahead of me in the queue and tickets were due to be released at 6.00pm. I eventually reached the front of the queue at 7.00pm only to find that there were no tickets left. Tickets were limited to two each so does that mean that Birmingham only takes 14,000? I really hope that ticket touts have not been out in force as this was meant to be a free concert to give back to NHS staff.

United Kingdom | 18 March 2020Prompt mail telling me David Gray gig at Birmingham had been cancelled. They refunded me 55 minutes after my e-mail request. You don't get much better customer service than that.

United Kingdom | 22 February 2020Bad website, random validation errors with no useful message, took me 30 mins to buy 2 tickets. Avoid if possible.

United Kingdom | 11 December 2019My tickets were cancelled with no notification or contact from ticket factory, I found a payment from them in my account and emailed them to check what it was. I had been refunded an incorrect amount only to be told they do not refund ticket protection fees. I paid for the ticket protection to cover my money if anything happened, turns out this doesn’t cover you if they cancel the event, ironic really.

United Kingdom | 18 November 2019Dont do refunds. Absolute jokers. Avoid.

United Kingdom | 08 November 2019We booked some boxing tickets through them for a fight to be help at the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham. The booking process was easy and confirmation came through quickly. The fight was later cancelled so I contacted them by email regarding a refund. They replied quickly with up to date information. I received a full refund (including all admin fees) back to my original payment without having to do anything. I will not hesitate to use them again.

United Kingdom | 28 September 2019I ordered a ticket online with the ticket to be sent online so far so good but the E-mail I got back only had the 'headlines' I.e. the PDF logo and no text underneath and 5 times I asked them to resend the E-mail with the same E-mail coming back, when I search further there site says they are still preparing the E-mail to send, so giving up on this I phoned again still no luck so I paid to have it posted to me

United Kingdom | 03 September 2019Awful customer service, the offer so many extras to ‘enhance’ your experience, should you need them for anything they aren’t interested. Want to ask them a question? Don’t bother you’ll just be asked to read the terms and conditions of they’ll start quoting policies and procedures. And if you are going to purchase tickets with them don’t bother taking out the insurance they offer. It’s with a 3rd party and they literally want blood from you before they will even consider reviewing your request. I wish I’d reviewed them before I purchased my tickets. PLEASE DON’T USE THEM!!!

United Kingdom | 25 July 2019We are about to book the monster nec event in Birmingham which cost us £50. The whole experience is like buying a ticket on Ryanair, they always have random ads asking you to pay extra. After fending off all the irrelevant adds, we finally get to the payment page, however they charged extra for generating E-tickets, which are free in all other sites! Here I am about to pay £50 for the event but there's no way I can collect tickets without payment extra. As a matter of principle I won't accept them charging for e-tickets since it cost them nothing to generate electronic tickets. I'm disgusted by their money-hungry behavior regardless of customer experience.

United Kingdom | 18 March 2019Despite negative reviews my experience has been fine. Tickets that had not arrived were quickly duplicated and sent to the venue for collection at the door. All it took was a quick message via the company website.
