Great experience

The instructors and staff were very helpful and always there when you needed them. I received lots of encouragement from them so I believe I made the right choice. I recommend this school and program to anyone who is comfortable with the online learning format.

Was s very good course. Learned lots. Instructors helped lots with emails and phone calls when having troubles. Very patient. It was a very easy process to get starting on the course from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend.

All of the instructors were exceptional and always checking in and willing to help with assignments. The only challenge I found but this has nothing to do with the services provided is that I work full time so I would work on my assignments on the weekend when I had all day to complete them so if I was stuck I’d have to wait until Monday to ask questions etc.

I feel this is a great option for those who are full time employees. Flexible times for study. The instructors are great, informative and knowledgeable. The one thing I would add would be the ability to FaceTime, zoom, Skype or whatever preferred option the student has, to get a schedule time to chat with instructors one on one. Not all the time just as sort of a checkin. I feel this would close a gap with a bit of a personal touch.

Love the entire program. I’m from Alberta so I was hoping to get some learnings for Alberta province regulations but not big of a deal. Ms. Lucille was so nice and very helpful

Great team that helps and support.

This was an amazing experience, challenging, rewarding,and easy to following. The instructors are always willing to help and will check in on you if you forget to check in weekly. I started with CD-ED last March I am very proud of myself I have learned a lot through this program. Don't get me wrong online courses are hard, mostly because it is hard to juggle life and school when you don't have a set class time.

I was in the Office Administration Assistant program with CDED. I did enjoy the course and learning the different material. I did find that sometimes I had to wait a couple of days to get help or an answer from some of my instructors, which was frustrating. I was lucky enough to have Lucille for the book keeping portion of my course & she helped me immensely. Lucille is very knowledgeable and very patient with all questions. She was always happy to set up a phone call meeting & explain anything I needed help with. Without her help, I may not have done well at all in book keeping. I cannot say enough good things about her as an instructor. Overall, I would recommend the program, it is a great way to fast tract a program & I really liked how it allowed me to work ahead of schedule.

Excellent program with very supportive instructors. It is self paced with weekly deadlines, and covers all of the important facets of graphic design. The projects are practical and you come out with a good portfolio. The book and online instruction is thorough and easy to understand-and when it's not, help is just a phone call away.

Overall it was a good experience but I am disappointed in the keyboarding experience, I had so much problems with it . The website was the most problems from not beginning able to open up to technical problem. I even had to get my password change and sometimes I would spend 6 hours a night on just the tying lessons and still I am not sure I’ll be able to achieve the qualifications. I am so disappointed because I put everything in to this course.

This is a great institution. The instructors are knowledgeable. You really need to be good at working on your own, and having your own motivation, since it is up to yourself to finish the program. I think the institution could be a little more flexible on letting students know the textbooks that are used since they cost so much money. The programs themselves are expensive and on top of that they will not allow you to look for textbooks anywhere else; you must pay full price for new books from them. I did like that you can work ahead as far as you would like. Edit - I am not talking about not being able to return the books. I'm talking about not even being allowed to look for them used somewhere else. The program gives you no option but to buy them all new for over $1500 at the beginning of the program.

The school programming was excellent, as well as all of the help and feedback from the instructors. I would recommend CD-ED to anyone looking for distance education.

Good course, help when i reached out, i would recommend

This school has honestly been the best experience I've ever had. Especially with my busy life as a mom, and working full time, all my instructors are very patient with me and know exactly how to teach whenever I get stuck or fall behind, they are very forgiving and they make me want to succeed with their kind attitude and perseverance. Its so easy to get along with them and understand my course.

When I started my online course last year I was a bit nervous and wasn't sure if I could do it. But with the help of my Excellent teacher and her words of encouragement I made it and graduated with a 98% average, I always received the help I needed and the course was very well built and the books and program were easy to follow and learn with.

The staff is helpful and very friendly. They make sure that you are understanding the material and that it is submitted on time. They assist you in absolutely everything that you need. They are efficient in responding to your questions or concerns in a timely manner.

Even though it is through distance learning, you can have access to your teacher if you have problems. I also found it very helpful to have actual textbooks rather than online material. I researched several distance education programs and I thought this one had much more to offer than other ones.
