I used Tep Wireless on all my out of the country trips since I learned about this portable wifi and never once I got disappointed. It's easy to bring and very convenient. The connection is also fast and reliable. This device was really useful while I was traveling abroad. Even without preparing a concrete itinerary for my trip, I would just simply connect to my Tep Wireless device then I can already search online for some places to go and direction.

I got my Tep for our family trip in Japan and it's amazing. First, the customer service is superb since I ordered my device last minute and realized that it won't arrive in Sydney on time so I had changed the delivery details last minute straight to my Airbnb without any hassle. Second, The connection of my Teppy is also stable and good all over Japan. The set also comes with a pretty handy converter that you can use across multiple countries.

I love my Teppy! It has been a reliable wifi source in the big cities of Japan, China, the US ... as well as in the desert of Jordan, or even on the Great Wall of China! The only place so far I haven't had access was in Africa. I was told they are working on those areas. Whenever I had a few hiccups with connectivity, customer service dealt with the problem swiftly. But in general it automatically connects to the network after a few minutes without hassle. I cannot wait to try out their new device. It is small enough to fit into any purse and the battery lasts me all day!

My husband and I got 2 Tep wireless devices in December when we went to Europe for 4 weeks - we went to 7+ countries in 4 weeks so we didn't want to get a simcard in each place and stuff around. We found Tep and were happy to pay $8 a day to get unlimited wifi! We did have 1 small issue with connectivity while in London however, I got in touch with Tep support and they were soooooo incredibly helpful and solved the issue within 15 minutes. Pick up and return was easy! We had the Tep delivered to our first hotel and had our last hotel post it back with the provided prepaid postal package. HIGHLY recommended and will be using Tep again for a few of my trips this year

I have been using Teppy for travels outside my country and I love that it gets me connected whichever part of the world I am - I even used it during cruise! It lasts for 10 hours and provides strong uninterrupted connection. I can even share the connection with friends. The best thing, customer Service is responsive and always helpful.

I have been using my Teppy on every trip for the past six months and it has never failed me. I absolutely love the shape (fits in your coat pocket), value for the money, and ease of access- everywhere we have been it has worked flawlessly. Their customer service is on point and they're active on Instagram which is always helpful. I can't say enough great things about the brand. So many times I find myself stranded in an airport, no longer does the two hours of free WiFi apply to me, I get as many as I want! Same thing applies for the airports where there is no WiFi (or working WiFi), and believe it or not, they do exist! I love the feeling of always being connected when I'm far from home. I was a late comer to the world of pocket WiFi, but I'm definitely a Tep fan for the long haul!

As a Digital Nomad Tep Wireless is really helpful, I move countries very often and I dont have to be worried of buying a Sim Card when changing the country. We got the TEP for a trip around the world and were a bit skeptical it would work in the countries it listed but we couldn't have been happier. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a signal, but being able to just turn it on and have service nearly wherever we landed was a HUGE plus while traveling - especially landing somewhere in the middle of the night and immediately needing to connect to the internet. We travel light, only ever carry-on and bring little with us, but the TEP will always be in our bags on any trip going forward.

Useful for a casual traveller. I go on holiday 2 tiems a year usually. I get a tep when I am going somewhere that isnt covered by my phone contract. I love the separation of internet from my phone. It means I dont really spend any time looking at the internet or sociall media until I need to. Then I turn on my tep. My time by the pool is spent drinking and reading my book!!

We are more than happy with Tep Wireless. My partner and I have been travelling around Asia for 3 weeks and the device worked perfectly.
